Dr Hall was amazing! She made me feel extremely comfortable and took time to get to know a little about me. She was funny and personable. As a lesbian woman, its important to feel understood and cared for. Id recommend her to anyone looking for a new OB/GYN.

When my long time provider, Dr. Sonya Thompson retired, I was so upset because of her exceptional level of care, but I have had two great experiences with both Dr. Sekeyta Hall and Dr. Milele Francis when I couldnt get an appt. with Dr. Hall. I would recommend either one of these doctors to anyone who wants to feel a sense of knowledge, security and bedside manner from your healthcare provider. 10+

Dr. Casiano is very knowledgeable, caring, and she actually took the time to listen to my concerns and educated me on the different medications availableto me...she didnt rush out of the doctors without getting all of my questions answered, as other doctors do. I waited since last September for this appointment and it was definitely worth the wait. Kudos to her and her staff.

Dr. Williams(OBGYN) and her staff were great. Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable, friendly and made my visit comfortable. Shes very open, honest, transparent and easy to talk to.

I had my first visit today with Dr. Jennifer Williams. Her energy was EVERYTHING. She has a great personality and I felt that she genuinely cared for my wellbeing. She didn’t rush, she explained things in a way that I could fully understand.

Was not able to get my surgery to get my tubes tide because the day i had my consultation i was told my next appointment was my surgery i set up a babysitter and a ride for that day and when appt day arrives it so happens to be just another consultation just a waste. Both pre op and consultation could have been done in one appointment date because in both the doctor said the same thing and i had further questions and couldn’t reschedule because the dr had no available dates till idk how long

Dr Maria Casiano is just awesome, shes friendly, professional, personable and always gives you the details of whats happening from beginning to end. Highly recommend her because she has such a calming spirit.

I have to be honest at first I was very skeptical about the health system here regarding Maternity for African American women. However all of my visits have been very welcoming pleasant and prompt . Everyone smiles and are very open to know how I feel. I am truly grateful so far for the experiences I’ve been having and I pray everything continues this way. However we all must remember that nobody is perfect and we ALL have rough days so every visit may not be Flowers and Rainbows as long as you are heard and handled with care the job is done. GRACE is what we must have one bad visit doesn’t determine the system . Also be open minded because if you go in with a negative approach you will gain negative feedback . Please be encouraged and thank you again Wellstar OBGYN I am grateful I’ve found you .

Is it just me or has WELLSTAR OB/GYN Smyrna and south Cobb location just stop caring about their patients. I don’t want to say that it could be me being a black woman, but I can say as a black women going through two miscarriages . I have not been a priority at either location . I came in last week from the emergency room with 1.2 cm subchronic hematoma, the doctor didn’t give me an ultrasound did not touch me at all. Told me that it was like a blood clog and it shouldn’t be an issue at all. When I went to the front desk to see about an ultrasound appointment, they decided to set me up for October 12th. That’s a month and a half later by the end of the week I had a full miscarriage had to go back to the emergency room. I tried to call them back this week to get a follow up check up and the appointment people who are always very very rude. Do not care plus was heartless and said that she could see if she could fit me in in a few days . I used to see Dr. Sekeyta Hall and she was wonderful but she’s always so booked. They proceed to tell me I have to take whoever I can get so everyone else just toss me around and I’m never a priority I’m 39 years old, and had a myomectomy and another major surgery . I have been pregnant twice and only had one ultrasound by WellStar ER bc of bleeding while pregnant. I just wanna know if it’s just me or do other women feel how I feel about WellStar OB/GYN locations lately.

Dr. Jessica Williams is an amazing OB/GYN. She is very knowledgeable and explains your treatment so you can understand. She is also very relatable and thorough. I also had the pleasure of meet Colleen, while getting my lab work. She was just as outstanding as Dr. Williams. Colleen made sure that I did not get overlooked because she noticed the were no more name on their list to be called. Even when she still did not see my name, she made it her responsibility to bring me back anyway and personally look up my information and complete my lab work. 10/10 definitely recommend!

I was seen on time by a friendly and caring doctor. All nurses and staff were most helpful.

My overall experience wasn’t terrible however the misuse of gloves the nurse used down at lab testing made me very uncomfortable. The nurse put gloves on before drawing blood but abruptly opened the door and left the room to ask a question then came back to proceed with pricking me all while using the same gloves. I am pregnant and haven’t had an ounce of sleep thinking about the health risks due to the misuse of gloves and them touching unsanitary surfaces before exposing me and my baby to potential threats

Ive never had a bad experience. I was a patient of Dr. Casianos first for my annual gynecology visits and now as a first time expectant mother.Our first appointment to confirm my pregnancy was with the midwife, Stephanie, who was a wealth of knowledge and made my husband and I feel so comfortable asking questions. I hadnt considered a midwife as part of our birth plan but would feel 100% comfortable with her at my side if she happened to be the professional on call when I go into labor.The first ultrasound was a smooth process chatting with the ultrasound technician. We were a little nervous to hear the heartbeat and she put us at ease. Following that appointment, we saw nurse practitioner, Dawn, who again, was so personable and patient with first time expectant parents. Weve also never had an issue with insurance or billing and scheduling is very proactive to book your next visit prior to leaving the office. I would absolutely recommend this group to friends and family.

Dr. Hall was very thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions.

It’s VERY RARE that I leave any type of review! But, this team really DESERVES a GREAT one:I genuinely LOVEEEE MY OB/GYN, Dr. Lintel and her staff !!! I NEVER feel rushed, the scheduling is PRECISE for each and every visit, and I receive abundant attention from Dr. Lintel and her staff; receptionist included!During my most recent visit, I felt so special, I awkwardly and surprisingly told Dr. Lintel, “ I love you “! Now where the hell that came from?!? I was so embarrassed and confused as to why I verbally shared a T.M.I moment out loud, for God-sake … Clearly, I have never experienced undivided attention from any of my doctors!Anyway, I would DEFINITELY recommend as well as televise my recommendation for Dr. Lintel and her entire staff !!! Kudos, team; job well done !!!

I absolutely Love , Love , Love visiting with Whitney about my health . Shes so kind and genuine. She listens to your concerns and gives her best opinion and out look on things and gives suggestions. She makes me feel so safe and the care she provides is so comforting. Her passion too help others and caring about your health is just a start its not all about a check She is truly an amazing and awesome person. Dr. Casiano is ver pleasant caring and professional. I believe she is very human and I would definitely never trade her care for my health for anyone else. Very thankful.

I have been a patient of this practice for years. Recently, my daughter had an appointment and this was her experience.I cant believe I had an OBGYN appointment with no test done. I received no medication (birth control) no recommendation and no follow-up. When I proceeded to the checkout the young lady at the front said you are good to go the doctor did not leave any notes. I will be reporting this to my insurance company just in case I am charge for anything.

Dr. Hall is an amazing physician! She was very caring and listened intently. I cant remember the last time I had a physician who seemed like they cared that much. They usually seemed rushed.

Avoid Maria M Casiano at all costs I was seen back in June by her and felt rushed , uncomfortable and not acknowledged. I was there for an uncomfortable biopsy that she gave a nonchalant attitude about like “it’s up to you “ there was no bedside comfort at all more like make a decision fast or either leave because I have better things to do .. I’m no longer with Vinings location but didn’t want my pregnancy to pass without mentioning how awful she was and warn others of how much she’d rather be back texting on her phone at her computer than making a sure of a positive stress free visit . Disgusting.

I have had a great experience with this place.Parking is super simple & the whole health park facility looks very nice, professional, & upscale but still personal. Wait times are great & receptionists are helpful & nice.All of the staff members I have experienced are great! I have only spoken to my OB once but I love that I get to see midwives basically all the time. Everyone is usually informative & caring when it comes to my needs & concerns answering questions as fully & as helpfully as they can.They helped me deliver a healthy baby boy in 2019 with minor complications that they worked through.

A one stop Health Center, I love this place I recommend if you want a warm clean professional place that cares.

Dr. Sekeyta Hall was absolutely amazing, as usual. It all started with the phone call to make the appointment. I spoke with Cierra. She was so kind and went above and beyond to get me in to see the doctor. I expressed my concern and she made it happen. Dr.Hall is awesome and so is the staff. Im so thankful for them!

First time obgyn patient and my doctor was kind and gentle with me. She listened to my concerns and voiced great opinions even gave me good suggestions on my health. Brittney was amazing!

Dr Barker is incredible. I always leave visits with her feeling well cared for, understood, and empowered. I wish she could be my primary care physician, my therapist, or my best friend. Ive never had a very long wait at this office, which is amazing. Thankfully I live nearby, but I would drive across the city to see Dr Barker!

They literally have angels working in this facility from medical assistants to lab techs truly wonderful women of God. I was highly pleased with my experience with this facility. Although it was a 30 minute wait for labs Im still pleased with the customer service.

I have been a patient for several years and I keep being pleased with the care I receive. Today’s visit was great because I was able to have my annual visit and have my Nexplanon implant exchanged so efficiently. My doctor gave me the choice of which one I wanted to do first and then she made the visit go smoothly from there. We reviewed my history, life since my last visit and had a very easy exchange, with great sterile technique, of my implant. I left with all of my GYN questions answered. I wish everyone could have such an amazing doctor. I had a friend have such a traumatic experience doing the same implant exchange and I wish she had the great doctors who are here. It’s unfortunate that some drs don’t have the passion to care and connect with their patients like they do here. I will always sing their praises but I have to stop bragging before someone takes them from us. Lol.

Ive had a great experience so far. The staff (except one lady, maybe she was having a bad day--everyday) has been very warm and welcoming. I havent had to wait any longer than normal, 5-10 minutes... Its clean and plenty of spaced out seating in case I feel like being anti. The nurses are personable yet professional. I like this place over the one by the hospital... Free parking and not as crowded.

This location is phenomenal. I had a very traumatic experience at a previous OB/GYN, so when I came to this location, staff was very kind and friendly. And I LOVE my doctor Jessica Williams! Thank you so much for your patience with me!

Horrible experience. I had my first ultra sound scheduled yesterday and the whole process was very unprofessional. From the moment the ultra sound began, the tech was shaking her head and at one point touched her head. It gave me so much anxiety, I asked numerous times, if things were ok. She didnt provide much information but mentioned that, with her bifocals she couldnt see the baby because the baby was so small. I was a nervous reck waiting for the doctor. The doctor I made the appointment with didnt meet me and had referred me to a midwife. She took the time to go over everything and she was good, but I was horrified after what i had to go through as i have been pregnant before and have done mutiple ultra sounds and i have never experienced this type of behavior from an ultra sound tech before. I will not be going there again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Today 4/19/21 I was turned away at the vinings location after taking time off of work by Dr.Sekeyta Hall and her staff twice, today wasnt the first time and their ultrasound tech whos name I do not have unfortunately. I suffer from extreme pain due to several medical reasons which is why I see her. Dr. Halls reason for turning me away both times was because of an ultrasound she wanted me to have. Fyi Ive had a few ultrasounds before so she has a pretty good idea on whats going on with me. Its in my medical records. I also had a few other things I wanted to discuss with Dr. Hall. I have no problem getting the ultrasound. The first time I was in to much pain to get the ultrasound. Today the ultrasound tech refused to see me because for some reason their staff was having issues confirming my health insurance. I am fully covered there should have been no issues. They could have even billed me but he or she decided refused to provide any health care service to me. Once Dr hall was informed that the ultrasound tech wouldnt give me the ultrasound she then too stated she would NOT provide me with any medical care. She stated she would not see me at all. Dr. Hall did not want to see me. Her office manager came out and said oh shes gone for the day.So now shes playing games. So all of a Sudden in a matter of 2 minutes shes just not in the building??? What kind of Dr refuses to see their patient who is in need of care. Whos hurting and in pain almost every day.???What kind of provider doesnt care to make sure their patient is ok before leaving???. I had so many things I needed to discuss with her and she just refuses to see me. I thought these doctors toke a oath to give good quality care to those in need. Smh I am so hurt, upset and confused on why Dr. Hall treated me so poorly. I honestly dont think she even really left. She just didnt want to see me. Do not trust Dr. Sekeyta Hall or the staff at Vinings. They are money hungry. They do not value you, your time or health. Oh did I mention I heard Dr. Hall talking about me in the hallway at one of my appointments a while back. If I could hear her in a closed room I know others could too. I should have stopped seeing her then. If you have real serious medical issues and are suffering and need real help Dr. SEKEYTA HALL IS NOT THE PROVIDER TO SEE . TRUST ME. She doesnt care about her patients. Now I have to continue to suffer while I try to find a provider that actually cares.

At first my experience was not to pleasant elsewhere. As I arrived at Wellstar, the care of my concerns was answered! Mrs. Stephanie is amazing with knowing her job and takes care of the need of her babies to be. You need pleasant and informative and that what I got and 1st time Mom. I was not left in the dark and you won’t be either.

Seen Dr. Hall today. She was awesome! Very professional, kind and extremely knowledgeable in her craft. She showed me she truly cares, great listener and explained everything in a way I could clearly understand.

Have always been very pleased with coming here. Every person I have encountered with the exception of 1 nurse have been amazing. Emily Goolsby is amazing. After multiple miscarriages and other symptoms she thought to check me for PCOC and my progestone level and now I am having about to have our little boy in 1 week. Very thankful for her and this practice.

Dr. Reynolds and South Cobb OBGYN are always great! I actually dont mind waiting a little bit at a doctors office (even though I dont ever have to wait here!) because I know that means the doctor is spending his time and not rushing the patient before me. Dr. Reynolds spends time answering questions and is great about putting you at ease.

I always have a great experience when I visit this office! I love Dr. FRANCES and when I couldnt get in with her I was nervous but Dr. Mary L. was great!

I’ve went to a couple obgyns And this one is deff the best one I’ve went to. They actually care and are friendly. do what is asked of them w/o hesitation. Make you feel very invited every time. Very clean and top of the line facility overall. Did I mention they actually care about your well being?

This is a very trusted place where I seek my OB/GYN treatment, Dr. Scott Reynolds showed a lot of compassion and concern for a new dermatitis condition in which I never had ,from using a new product name LUME . Thanks WELLSTAR 😊

The staff here are very judgemental. I dont know if alot of young ladies have family support when they come here. However Ive noticed that the staff to me comes across as messy and like they want to try to make something out of nothing and try to make you feel really uncomfortable. Which to me is very very unprofessional specially in a medical setting. Understand the Ethics of the medical field ladies or find you another place of employment before you get this hospital a law suite.

Met with the midwife, Stephanie Bonhaus. She was friendly but professional. I felt she truly listened to me and fully addressed my concern/needs. Would definitely recommend.

Ultrasound tech was not friendly at all. Didnt let me hear the heart beat for the first time. On the other hand, the providers are great!

DR.MARY LINTEL was absolutely great! My first visit with her and she made me feel comfortable and cared for.

I called multiple time to get a price range and was told a definitive price.I made sure I paid everything in full before I left and confirmed 2 times that there would be No Surprise billing happening.Less than a month later I get 2 bills stating I owe another $200 and thats not including the Pap Smear they messed up and had to do again.If I could write this review with out giving stars I would.

Vinings nurse practitioner doesnt listen to their patients but waste people time and money keep coming in every week with the same issue.

The wait time is unacceptable. They tell you to be here 15 minutes before your appointment but your end up waiting 45 minutes plus to start your visit.. my appt was at 11:20, told to be there at 11:05. It’s 11:40 and I’m still waiting..

This place is horrible. I literally have had an issue with the wait time, the professionalism of the staff, and just bad experiences with the staff. After my first 5 appointments I decided to go somewhere else.

I called twice to try scheduling an appointment. First time, I believe the call dropped. Called back and was put on hold for about a minute then taken off hold and they hung up on me. Extremely disappointed.

Incorrectly diagnosed me with an ectopic pregnancy. That was never the case and called my pregnancy abnormal. Thankfully I never listened and kept it going!

Doctor rao is superb. She is going to be my obgyn from now on

The nurses are lovely, always willing to help and answer all your questions.On the contrary, the ultrasound person is not friendly and acts as if she does not care about the patient or her work.I will have my first baby here but I doubt I will return for another doctors appointment for my next baby in the future.
