Im new to Modern Womens Care. I met with Dr. Lynch during my first visit. She was great. I loved the amount of detailed information she provided me with and she was all ears to hearing what I was hoping to achieve with what I came in for. Their new office location (I didnt see the old one prior) is bright & welcoming when you enter the main lobby of their space. The equipment used is modern and your health options are based on up to date medical care instead of old outdated methods. I ended up needing extra time for my visit for something we discussed. Dr. Lynch asked, do you have time because we can do a biopsy now. I thought she was going to send me elsewhere; I didnt realize she meant in office with her at that moment. I LOVED IT. My biopsy & bloodwork was done in house right then and there. I would recommend this company for your lady needs. I look forward to my follow-up visit and future visits. I feel like Im working with people who care. The staff & NAs were pleasant & helpful as well.

Love the new office suites ! espresso. What a treat while waiting for my doctor.! The nurses the office staff friendly so nice to have my Dr for my available and can ask questions for different problems. Great office the best doctors in the area.. also, great location easy access for parking !

I am the patient of Dr.Bujour ,she is very well and good in explaining things and listening to our concerns . I am blessed to have her as my gynecologist throughout my 3 pregnancy.Health care Staffs and office staffs are very kind too .

Ive been with Dr. Bujor for 17 years and have never had any issues. I dont trust anyone else but her and her practice. She has always made me feel comfortable and has always treated me with respect. She gives the best service, and I love that she has always been honest in my situations.

Dr. Lynch was adequate, but I always had almost 2 hour waits to see her and I would hear her chatting in the hallway with her staff. Then on the day of my birth she was not professional. I was very disappointed in her. Rosemary though is very sweet and cares for her patients.

I’ve always loved this office. Dr.Allen has always given me the best service and I just love her and all the ladies there! Thank you for everything!

Love Dr. Latrice Allen and the staff here. Always friendly and accommodating. Never had to wait too long in the waiting room. Only downside is appts can book a month or 2 out.

Dr. Bujor gives excellent care and makes sure your questions are answered. Staff are friendly and i like their office. The clinic will do their best to get you scheduled for anything when the doctor or hospital is available. I like their appointment system you can have your own portal & receive text messages so u can confirm your appointments or get a notification but call the clinic if you need to make changes.

Horrible service took me to 2 months to have my first appt and another 2 for my second one they canceled it, and im waiting over 1:45 mins just to reschedule ridiculous never coming back they call me and told me next available day to reschedule its in 3 months!? Are you serious!!

Dr. Latrice Allen is incredibly personable and given the number of appointments in a day, it could be 5 minutes or 20 minutes that she spends with me, and I never feel rushed with her. Rose, the NP is awesome, too. Both have great bedside manners and are responsive to my questions and concerns. Regarding reception/office staff... kindness begets kindness and I havent had an issue yet.

Nice and clean office but they are way too busy. They should stop taking new patients and get their scheduling down better. Had to get my 1st pregnancy appointment rescheduled 3 times due to not having a nurse available to see me. Wasnt even going to see Dr. Bujor, JUST A NURSE PRACTITIONER. Need better organization and need to be more personable towards patients. This office makes you feel like a number. I ended up switching to another dr in torrance memorials physicians network because i dont want to deal with this throughout my entire pregnancy. Would not recommend/refer anyone here.

This office provides the WORST service to its patients. It is impossible to get through when you call. I spent an hour and 45 minutes trying to get through and they closed for lunch. I was trying to get my prescription sent to the pharmacy because the doctor/ staff didnt send it the day I had my appointment. They were also supposed to call me to schedule my next appointment because, at the time, they were unable to tell me what hours the doctor would be available (it was only one month away). They never called me to schedule, I never got my prescription and I immediately switched providers. You can definitely find better service elsewhere.

Please dont go to this place. I went to this place only because they can take my appt right away. I waited almost one hour and Dr Sharda Bhasin spent less than 3 minutes to review my ultrasound results. Also, their pricing is deceiving! I told the front desk that Dr Sharda Bhasin wont give me any prescriptions unless I do an ultrasound. I was told the Ultrasound is $250 flat, yes $250 before my insurance coverage. They ended up billing me for $480 and they claimed they did two Ultrasounds on me so its $480 x 2!!! No one had ever mentioned I need two Ultrasounds and if I knew I would never agree! Deceiving deceiving deceiving.

I have been going to Dr. Latrice Allen for over 7 years now. I find her to be personable and knowledgeable. The practice has grown quite a bit in the last couple of years. I think it is growing pains for sure. At my last appointment I waited only 10 minutes and was taken to the second wait room. I was in and out in 45 minutes with a 3:30pm appointment.

This office use to be superior, however once theyve migrated to the womens care, the service has become terribly poor. I have been beyond patient several times, which is past ridiculous when you are in need of immediate help. Call backs from lab/test reviews are not being made & request sent to a Dr. isnt being complete (I could go on...). I always have to call them to find out the status of my visits. Its as if they dont take your health as serious as they should. The urgency in reassuring that all visits are at its best, as well as your health, & any further concerns has completely deceased & it saddens me that the only reason why I continue to come here is because my Dr., whos spirit & energy is phenomenal (Dr. Lynch) is in this office, otherwise my time & expenses would be elsewhere. Theyve upgraded the atmosphere & failed to do the same with the service.

I love this medical group. Dr Cristal Lynch has been my doctor for over 20 yrs and delivered all my kids and continue to take care of my OB needs. She goes above and beyond for me, sweet, caring and patient.

Horrible service. Waited over an hour and yet no one seemed to care for the patients who were waiting. When I asked them a few time when I would be seen, the front lady said either to wait for my turn which may come in about 45 min or so...or reschedule it. When I asked to reschedule my appointment, they said the next available time would be some time in October... OMG...I had to leave to go pick up my kids without being seen by the doctor after all that wait. What a waste of my time it was.

I gave this group multiple opportunities to genetate a good review. However, their customer service is horrible. I have spent hours trying to get test results. You are relegated to an online system whether you like it or not and whether or not it works. The doctor will not get on the phone with you and they will not email or fax results citing HIPPA. HIPPA applies to transmission of personal information to a third party. Thankfully I called my internist who called this office and I got my records 10 minutes later.

I have had 4 appointments at Modern Womens care, and each time I have a different Doctor or nurse practitioner...this office is way too busy!! The 3 stars is because the wait times are long.

Only reason I gave it a 3 star is because the front staff is unorganized. The wait time is way too long. I waited almost an hour to be seen. I love Dr. Allen so it is the only reason I continue to come here.

Denied local anesthesia or pain medication stronger than Advil for IUD insertion. Unacceptable in this day and age.

I been with dr bujor for a couple of years now...she is a great dr..I also referred dr. Bujor with a couple of my friends and they all love her...

Will ditch you when you most need them. Very bad choice is such pandemic situation.Very un ethical n money minded.

Dr. Bujor is very caring and attentive to needs and answers all questions throughly.
