I can not express how grateful my little family and I are for our miracle baby!!! Chicago IVF has been nothing but amazing! The nurses, lab technicians, embryologists, out patient surgery center, doctor, and front staff are so kind welcoming and understanding! My experience was amazing! This was my second fertility clinic and by far had a better experience! We are so grateful and blessed because of Chicago IVF helping us complete our family

Although my experience with Chicago IVF was short due to naturally conceiving, I can only say great things about this place. The staff from the very start were extremely helpful and caring. I highly recommend Chicago IVF for any of your fertility needs.

I have PCOS and after working with another clinic and not conceiving I conceived with only 1 round of IUI at Chicago IVF and am now 12 weeks pregnant!!! They were more detailed in my medications and my overall health. In particular the nurses were all very nice and very helpful! They always communicated with me and were very understanding if I had concerns.

After struggling with eight years of infertility/PCOS, I am 17 weeks pregnant with my first child. This was my first round of IVF and couldnt be done without the support of Dr. Schultz, Dr. Brasch, and their patient and compassionate nurses and staff. Thank you for making my dreams come true. 🤰🏻👶

My experience with ChicagoIVF is overall a great one. I love the nurses there, especially Mary who is assigned to me. The communication with her is always quick and comforting, even when the news is not ideal in my opinion. Appointments are easy to make with Marys help or the front desk staff, Kathy and Christina. Everyone at the Orland Park location is warm and welcoming. Although they dont meet with their patients often except for consults and procedures, Dr. Brasch and Dr. Schultz are a team who obviously care. They both have great bedside manner and express their desire to help their patients. I am under the care of Dr. Brasch and he is always thorough with his information for me.Some points to be aware of is that Dr. Brasch and Dr. Schultz will take turns being on call for procedures even if the patient is assigned to one specific doctor. Teleheath appointments can be delayed depending on prior appointments so be flexible with that. All staff are happy to answer questions and concerns, so advocate for yourself. Anticipate some hurdles through the process, but know that you are in great care and keep a positive outlook on the journey.

Chicago IVF and the whole team are spectacular. Mary Kathy Ann everyone was very helpful. Im sorry I dont remember some names but I remember the beautiful faces that helped us receive a baby girl. Mary was so nice and patient with my wife. Dr. Shultz and Dr. Brasch were amazing and helped with our blessing. Estephany Soto was so nice and sweet. She would answer all of my millions of questions and still let me know of things to do ahead of time so their were no delays. I love that. People dont usually care about time and effort but Estephany does. They all do. Now its on to PART TWOThank you all for all your hard work

Had FOUR failed rounds of IVF at Chicago IVF before I made the decision to transfer to a different clinic, and I got pregnant on my FIRST and only try elsewhere!I would like to add that Chicago IVF is still charging my card $82 a month for my embryo storage EVEN THOUGH they have not had my embryos since leaving in July of 2023 (it’s February 2024 I am updating this review). They will not reimburse me either for the last six months they have been illegally charging my card for services not rendered. This is a huge violation of our monthly storage contract.While I am sure others have had success here, I did not despite being a young and healthy female with no medical conditions or diagnoses by the Chicago IVF team. All of my results were always “text book” perfect, yet, no explanations after each failed attempt.I was drawn to Chicago IVF by the credentialing of the doctors, all having more than 20 years of experience and some even being Harvard graduates. I was pushed by my doctor to genetically test my embryos ($3,500 out of pocket cost) which would “increase my chance of getting pregnant” and so we did it, despite valid concerns of the risks of the embryos being damaged in the process. I was that much more concerned when I got a phone call personally from the embryologist MID genetically testing our embryos asking why I was doing this as a healthy and young 27 year old where the risks of chromosomal abnormalities is so low. He felt the risks of testing outweighed the benefits considering my young age and encouraged us not to do it again in the future. This was a red flag for us.As someone who has now been in two fertility clinics, I found the embryo transfer itself to be very uncomfortable as well. Your significant other is not allowed in the room with you. The transfers are a very emotional process, I felt a combination of fear, anxiety, shame, physical pain, and great disappointment that my husband was not allowed to be there with me. Being that Chicago IVF was my first and only clinic at the time, I thought this was routine between clinics, but it is not. When we switched to FCI, my husband was in the room with me the entire time and now that we are pregnant, I am so happy he was able to experience that moment with me.Our new clinic found conditions in BOTH my husband and I that were contributing to us not being able to get pregnant, they specified my medication list to match my specific needs, and got us pregnant in 1 month. Chicago IVF was unable to get us pregnant when someone else so easily did, and I suppose that’s where my biggest concern is… how was is so hard for one clinic but so easy for the other? I do not recommend this clinic at ALL.

They very nice intelligent and very understanding what I love about this place. Great Doctors and amazing nursing staff. Mary R. is the best nurse. She takes time with you and answers any and all questions. We have had 2 successful pregnancies with Chicago IVF! We are so thankful for their assistance in growing our family.

Amazing experience through the tough process of ivf! All the staff was a amazing and attentive. Elena was a excellent nurse! We now have beautiful 5 month identical twin girls! I cannot thank them all enough. We are absolutely blessed.

Going to Chicago IVF was the best decision ever! They provided me with the testing and medication I needed to help sustain a healthy pregnancy. The staff were all so helpful and cared for my husband and I like we were family. I would recommend Chicago IVF to anyone who needs help with their fertility journey.

I am so glad that we went through with Chicago IVF as they took us in with open arms. The other clinics were really unreliable and never followed up with us. Our nurse Stephany was really understanding and just made us feel like we made the right choice. Nurse Stephany has helped us tremendously throughout our process and always so caring with me and my wife answering all questions we had. And even asked us if we can update her on our journey as she was excited for us. We truly cannot wait!

The best experience I ever had going into a medical facility. My nurse Stephanie had me tear up after our 1st conversation because the way she talked to me was so genuine, respectful and helpful. This is something that I have always been looking for. I tried another facility years ago and the way they treated me made me caused frustration and to be honest I gave up. Coming into this office makes me hopeful and gives me so much to look forward too. I absolutely love the people here ❤️❤️

My experience with Chicago IVF could not have been better.After not being able to conceive, we sought out help from Dr Brasch and the team at Chicago IVF. From consults, to insurance/billing and diagnosis/treatment we could not have been more supported from the entire staff. Big thank you to my nurse Ann and Kathy in the front office for always answering questions!We had a success during our second IUI and are currently pregnant. I would recommend the Chicago IVF - Orland Park to anyone looking for treatment.Good luck and have hope!

I started going to Chicago IVF in October 2021 and now I have a healthy, beautiful 3 month old baby girl. I had my first frozen transfer on April 28th and on May 7th we got our first positive beta! My pregnancy was healthy and we welcomed our baby girl on January 11th 2022. We could not have done it without the help of Chicago IVF. We worked with Dr. Schultz and our nurse Elena was wonderful and helpful along the way. We can’t wait to go for our second transfer this winter, we will use another embryo from our first transfer in April 2021. IVF can be a difficult process, even as a full time teacher and grad student at the time, the process went very smoothly. The doctors are very knowledgeable and the nurses are great!

So welcoming, patient, kind, and informative. My journey has only just begun but so far the staff and the Dr have been great! You can feel so vulnerable throughout a lot of this process but to have a clinic that you feel is truly on your side and genuinely there to help, means so much! I’m excited for what’s to come and grateful to be working with such a top notch clinic throughout it all.

I love this place!! I felt I had to write a review because all the negative I read is opposite of my experience. Its a very emotional process and easy to be reactive. I have been through highs and lows here and never stopped loving the nurses and Drs at Chicago IVF!!They are caring and really work with you in every way...especially emotionally and financially! I easily got pregnant my first round of IVF. When we went for #2 we had a LOT more difficulty! I sat on the phone for hours with the nurses figuring out next steps and suggestions for the next round. Dr also would talk with me for extended amounts of time to just reassure me and make adjustments based off my needs both emotionally and treatment wise. We are now looking to start IVF process for #3 and excited to work with Chicago IVF again. I wouldnt go anywhere else!! Going in was like seeing family that I havent seen in a year!! I love it there!! They have a new Dr who had some wonderful lifestyle suggestions that will hopefully result in success first time around!! I have 2 amazing boys and I definitely wouldnt have them if it wasnt for Chicago IVF!!One last note, anyone complaining about getting results, they make it SUPER easy to get your results. They call you AND you can access it all through their portal!! I never had an issue!

Chicago IVFs staff was not only friendly and considerate but they a very well informed and understand all walks of life. They werent at all judgemental and were able to perform all tests and exams in a timely manner without getting things lost. I love the loving environment.

We absolutely love Chicago IVF in Orland! We have tried to get pregnant for a very long time. They had patience and explained everything to make sure we understood completely. It took a little while but we got pregnant and our wonderful beautiful perfect daughter is 4 months old now. There were bumps in the road but they helped us through them. We could not have asked for a better experience! The facility was always very clean and the staff was so friendly.

Please do your research and get a second opinion before coming to this place. Me and my wife had been trying for 3 years to have a child. We got to the point where we thought our only option was IVF and after looking around we landed on Chicago IVF would be our place to do that. We went through all the testing they recommended and they told us both of my wife’s fallopian tubes were blocked and she had a small polyp. We were told she would need a double salpingectomy and polypectomy before we could proceed, which is removal of both fallopian tubes and the polyp. We were rightfully worried about getting her fallopian tubes removed and asked if we could proceed with just the polypectomy and continue to IVF which they refused. We decided we’d get a second opinion so we scheduled the polypectomy with a new gyno and had another HSG performed and they found both fallopian tubes were open and her ovaries were just polycystic and she only needed to be induced to ovulate for us to conceive. Chicago IVF nearly took any chance of us conceiving naturally away from us and I hope everyone stays clear of here. Thank god we got a second opinion and I hope if your reading this you do the same.

The staff and the doctors were great! We started at a different ivf facility and were very discouraged. But chicago ivf made us feel comfortable with the whole process. I would highly recommend anyone who is struggling to use chicago ivf!

I would recommend Chicago IVF to a friend. They are knowledgeable and very on top of everything that they do. I was able to get pregnant with my son there via IUI, and just recently found out Im pregnant with my second child via IVF. They absolutely know what theyre doing, and Ive had a great experience with them the past few years.

We owe our family’s success to the staff at Chicago IVF. They are truly caring and genuine and long to help you complete your family. We felt comfortable every step of the way and trusted their knowledge and experience to guide us during such a vulnerable and uncertain time in our lives. We not only came to them for assistance in becoming pregnant, but after a successful IUI pregnancy they were there to support us during 2 additional, natural pregnancies!We have referred many friends and family members who long to complete their families to Chicago IVF and will continue to do so in the future without hesitation.

My husband and I couldnt be any more pleased and impressed by Chicago IVF. Since the beginning we have been treated very well, staff and nurses are beyond helpful and patient by answering all our questions/concerns. Chicago IVF was absolutely amazing during the time I was trying to conceive. I never had any issues with appointments and my questions were always answered. I will forever be thankful for Chicago IVF and of course my favorite nurse at that time Tammy Natale she was always so nice and always made me feel comfortable when going through this hard and emotional process. I can’t wait to go back for round two!

Thank you will never be enough for this infertile momma whos twin boys just turned 8!! After 10 + years of failed attempts, Chicago ivf and its staff helped us through invitro fertilization. From the appointments to all the knowledge to the excitement in the nurses voice when she called to let us know the results of our pregnancy test were finally positive!!! To our last appointment before I was released to my regular doctor because I was expecting Twins and doing great. The entire staff will always hold a special place in our hearts. Highly recommended!

I’ve been to Orland Park for 3 Embryo Transfers. Each time the wait seems to be about normal for any procedure. The front desk gals are decent but seem confused on some things, this last time on 4/18 for my Embryo transfer they asked for payment in which I don’t pay, the intended parents pay, so this is information they should know up front so it’s not holding up the check in process nor confusing everyone. The nurses seem to be knowledgeable and very caring and helpful. Overall Orland Park is a nice clinic.

I’m not sure how helpful my review will be because my experience is from the end of 2017 and there seems to have been some changes made to staff since then. But nonetheless, my experience was more good than bad. The front desk and clinical staff were amazing. They accommodated me with each of my appointment times and I’ve never had wait any longer than 20 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. Dr. Brasch was really nice and we were able to come up with a plan that we both were comfortable with. There were a few instances where they forgot to call me with a result but it was never an issue because I’m always on top of my own business so I simply called them to get the result and make my next appointment. The issue came when it was time to do my IUI. I was actually inseminated my the NURSE! I was completely in shock that no one told me that the doctor would not be the one to inseminate me. Granted it’s a simple procedure and my case was not extremely complicated but they should have told me. I only met with the doctor once. I assume they spend more time with IVF patients. Nonetheless, she did an amazing job especially considering that I have an abnormally shaped cervix due to cervical cancer. Nurse Anne will always have a special place in my heart because I now have a 1 year old son who was conceived on our first IUI cycle and he is absolutely perfect!

Not sure im stading here for about 25 mins now and there is no one to help me I ring the bell 3 times and still nothing i dont know if this is a good sign, I called and ask if they can send someone to the lobby so i can give them my medical records .They came out and said I should have ring the bell I said i did and then they said we didnt hear it we were at a meeting. At this point im running late to my other doctor appointment i ask if i could leave the records and pick them up tomorrow...

My wife and I are 28 and 29 years old. We were both very confused on why we could not conceive our first, so we came here for all of blood work and any advice. The front staff was very nice and always helpful in scheduling appointments. The office allows for you to come in as early as 6:30am during the week which really helped us for checkups in order to make it to work on time.We were going to go through IVF after discussing with Dr. Schultz, who also was a fantastic doctor, very knowledgable and understanding. Ended up not needing to go through with as we found out we were pregnant naturally (clearly this place is lucky!) They did our ultrasounds and checkups for the first 9 weeks before we graduated from the location.I highly recommend anyone to come here if they are having fertility issues and need any type of consultation, you will not he disappointed!I also want to comment on some of the older reviews here based on pricing and tests that were needing to be done. The pricing for us was never a problem, we had PPO insurance and everything was pretty much covered (except co-pays). I feel that it is very hard go judge a pregnancy good or bad, since everyone is completely different, but out experience here from the front office all the way to the doctor was great. I think a lot of the reviews were based on previous staff.

Elena was my nurse at the Orland Park location. I cannot praise her enough. She called me and messaged me right away with anything that needed to be done. She was on it, and was so attentive. She was so caring, and felt like I was talking to a friend. She made my experience amazing!

I cant even begin to explain how disgusted I have become with this company. One miscarriage and the loss of my twin daughters. Almost 2 years after losing my daughters I made an appointment with them to start the IVF process again. I took the medication and was supposed to have a time sensitive procedure done. Well they said they were booked, then the second time the person who performs that procedure is out of town, and finally the third time I take this medication for the procedure to be done and again they are booked up. So why give me the medication if your clinic is going to tell me you are booked every time? Ive wasted time, money, and tears into this company and I still have no baby, no comfort to show for it. I have come to the realization that they are only doing a JOB for MONEY and do not care one bit about their patients and their feelings of loss and how hard it is already to conceive. I would not recommend this company to anyone at all.

I cant thank enough to all their doctors and nurses, they are very professional and experienced. The nurses always made me feel comfortable, they were always there to help me along the way and they care for me and made me feel like I was their family member. I highly recommend Chicago ivf to all the women out there struggling with infertility, they will help you in so many ways.

Chicago IVF has been so helpful with our fertility journey so far. Always there to answer any questions we might have. They always explain everything thoroughly and make sure we understand what our next steps are. We are excited to continue our fertility journey and add a precious little one to our family.

I went to IVF Chicago during 2021. They made me doing a lot of ultrasound and blood test. I wait 8 month for a response about when caí I start my ivf treatment and only were told “you need a laparoscopy and we don’t do that, look for another doctor, and then we can re- start your protocol” the doctor never explained the procedure or the results. When you start this journey you know nothing about ivf. I had a really bad experience. Lack of attention and they only are pretty interested to get money from you.

Thank you Chicago IVF for helping our family to bring our baby girl into this world! From the initial appointment, to the many labs draws and ultrasounds appts, to the in vitro procedure itself the staff were all amazing and so supportive! The process itself is very stressful and hard but I’m grateful to my Chicago IVF family for being there with me every step of the way to get through it. 💗

IVF is an emotional roller coaster to a say the least. The team at Chicago IVF were there for every step of the way. They helped with medication orders, FMLA, emotional support and more. The team helped me through all the loses that my husband and I had and through the birth of our daughter. I highly recommend Chicago IVF for their dedication, emotional support, and willingness to go above and veyond!

Chicago IVF is AMAZING. The doctors, nurses and Nurse Practitioner are simply the best. They are professional but show unbelievable compassion, kindness, and respect. Chicago IVF will always hold a special place in my heart for helping us on our journey.

After three miscarriages in 2018 and then could not get pregnant still by November 2019. We decided to get help and was recommended to chicago ivf. We were starting test, but as a surprise got pregnant on our own. We were nervous as our past, but chicago ivf orland park helped us stay calm by having us do a ultrasound each week to make sure the baby was growing. It kept us at ease and I loved it. Since they didnt help us get pregnant we had our last ultrasound the 17th before we moved to our dr here in townBut I will never forget what they did for us and helped us stay calm. Ty so much and will be recommending you guys to anyone that needs help. Mia doing our ultrasounds was the best ever. She helped a lot.

I would just give 0 star if I could. I just got the surprise billing $6585 from them. They told me that they accept my insurance and scheduled me to do blood test and ultrasound, but they sent my DNA to get genetic testing without noticing me. They never called or explained the details and costs before any services. I had to ask my insurance to find out the genetic testing is the reason why cost so much. Me and my husband have called the Chicago ivf for billing questions for many times but still no answer!

From the beginning 2/2021 both doctors are nice, the nurse is ok but she so busy she don’t know who your dr, what appointment was made, procedure out of network, they use Downers grove surgical center which was out of pocket!! Front desk BLACK WOMAN at that is quick to get off the phone! Finance will all of a sudden come out of no where because you’ll think your insurance will cover MOST which states it will! So we’re confused about the cost!Couples be careful with this place!

I am a new patient at the Orland Park facility and I must say they are absolutely amazing. I love the staff because everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I havent started treatmet yet but Im sure I will have an amazing successful experience.

I was disappointed with the unprofessional service. They called me to schedule lab test 2 weeks before. They took all my information, and they asked me to pick up the kit. However, at the day of test, they said they can’t do the test because I needed a referral from my doctor which made me throw sample in the garbage and lost my PTO. Everyone knows how requesting PTO is hard in the pandemic Just because they forgot to check my insurance when they scheduled my appointment. I don’t know if we going to continue with further steps if the starting step is going unprofessionally like this.

1) My Dr. was condescending and judgemental. 2) The nurses were seemingly overworked and disorganized; and while they were considerably more kind than the doctor, their disorganization lead to me getting prescribed the WRONG kind of medicine which led to some health problems for me. 3) They conducted numerous unnecessary tests and neglected information that was available to them from my very first visit. 4) They contacted my known donor AFTER he completed paperwork signing away rights ... I could go on indefinitely but the bottom line is, my on-going experience with this facility has been a nightmare. This is a financial scam, not a medical practice.

Words cannot express how grateful we are for Chicago IVF. The compassion and empathy from the entire staff that is fantastic. Very detail and very direct With the entire process. They are there for you every step of the way

Used(ing) them now by referral and was told i would have results by Friday. So i called on the Monday the 12th after giving it some extra time. The lady was very rude and told me that i would be contacted when the results are ready and it should be within a few days. Waited until that next Friday (as she told me), when i called they had told me the results have been in since MONDAY ( when i originally called). Asked nicely to have my results called into me and they said a dr would get back to me. Its been days and still no call. I just feel that with this kind of sensitive information they should have at least some urgency. Its a shame because i should have read the reviews before i went here. I hope you have a better experience then i do but BEWARE!!!

Dr. Schultz is an amazing doctor. I used to be her patient about 6 years ago and she helped manage my pcos. But because of an insurance change I was unable to continue seeing her, now our insurance match but the office would not let me schedule an appointment because Im not trying to concieve at the moment. Which if anyone know if you cant manage your pcos symptoms ahead you have a difficult time in the long run. Very disappointed I was not able to make an appointment with such an amazing doctor. The woman answering the phone wasnt very helpful she just said they cant accommodate me but didnt try to attempt to help me.

The place itself is fine, but do not go here if you are self pay!!! No financial assistance & the billing department is rude & heartless. Ive been paying monthly for a year on my account, none of the treatment worked & now I need $20,000 to adopt. Tried lowering my monthly payment for 6 months & she gave me the HARDEST time & about didnt lower it at all even after I explained my situation & that I wouldnt even have a paycheck for 3 out of 6 of those months. Gotta get their money ok but Ive loyally been paying every month on time. They dont care.

We did IUI and IVF with them and they did not gave up until we were able to conceive our babies. We have 2 sets of twins through them. We couldn’t be happier with all the love and support that we receive from the nurses, stuff and doctors.

I will never go back. This was a horrible experience. They are unorganized. I had my tests done and was told that I was going to get a call to schedule my appointment for my results and never got that phone call. I called back and was told I was suppose to call and schedule my appointment with the doctor for results. I made an appointment for weeks out and got it approved by my job. I called a week before to get my appointment time so I do not get charged $65 for not showing up and was told I do not have an appointment. Then they were trying to schedule my appointment all the way in Valparaiso, IN when I live in Orland Park for the same day. No this place is ridiculous. If I could rate them lower I would. I asked for a copy of my medical records.

Nurses are overloaded mess up forget which meds to be called in forgot to put you on the schedule aren’t helpful make you feel like your bothering them when you have questions Drs are never around for answers. Asked for a letter for leave never provided it. I was still working so when I ask for dates to take off a work I get told to soon to tell we’ll let you know….

Chicago IvF in orland park have the most welcoming and encouraging environment. I truly enjoyed this experience they are all very personable, friendly, and helpful.

Nothing but a great experience!!! Everyone was so helpful and nice!!! It was great to be able to have a nurse to be in constant contact with. Ann was wonderful and was always there for my questions.

I feel like my nurse has way too much going on with patients and can’t keep up.. and if I didn’t call them id be left in limbo. I will update when I complete the Ivf .

I was referred by a friend who underwent IVF successfully. From the moment I walked in I felt like family. Ive been a patient for almost five months and love how supportive and caring everyone is.

They dont care about their patients...they never call...very disappointed...Very unpleasant atmosphere, everything just faster, no explanation. Says that everything will be on the phone, but they do not call, you have to look and ask yourself ...

Poor instructions from nurses throughout entire process. Poor education for first time patients.

It was nightmare of an experience. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. A complete waste of time and money.

The entire experience was a big ole mess.

How much does it cost to be artificial inseminated ?
