Advanced Urgent Care

On Labor Day I took my son. They happened to be closing and the Doctor happened to be walking out and saw us. He happily asked what the problem was, took a brief look and welcomed us back to take care of my son. They did a great job and gave a great referral to a specialist to take care of the issue.

Doctor came in and started to rant to my girlfriend about how she owes them 100$ and how people don’t pay their stuff while being rude. When she said she couldn’t pay it today he laughed at her face and than told her to get her mom to pay the bill. And than proceed to grab her family memebers bills and lecture her about how her family owes them money. Extremely unprofessional. Why bring her family amount to her when she doesn’t have anything to do with them.

Long wait times, does NOT ACCEPT NEW PATIENTS if you are on medicaid but does not advertise this fact. Does not update their hours of operation on Google when they are going to be closed early or not open at all. Basically, only come here if you like to risk wasting your time. This is the last time I will attempt care at this facility.

Worst service ever! Walked in to get check in the girl at the front desk walked away as soon as she saw me. The doctor was getting ready to leave and stopped me told me he can’t see me because they are closing. I don’t recommend anyone to come to this urgent care.

Ive been here a few times throughout the last several years and have had great care. I was initially grateful for being able to see a doctor last Friday because I was feeling so sick. At my visit, even though I complained about a possible sinus infection, losing my voice, and having clogged ears, the doctor didnt check either my ears or my throat. Maybe it was an off visit, but it wasted my time and worsened my condition. When I followed up with my GP the following Tuesday, I was diagnosed with a severe infection in both ears. I wouldnt go here again.

I had an appointment with Dr.Alzain, my appointment was at 10:30am. 11am I was taken to a room by doctor assistant and took all the info. And waited for a full hour and no one showed up. 12pm. I walked out and found one of the nurses and asked it looks like you guys forgot about me in here. She let the doctor know and 2 minutes later they send a doctor in and he was not the doctor I have the appointment with. I asked him we’re is DR.Alzain. He said he’s busy and I can take care of you. At that moment I felt that if this place doesn’t respect the patients time they shouldn’t have my service. So I make it clear to the doctor they sent that this is unacceptable. And I asked to leave and not get charged for this visit. And that what happened. Never going back to that place ever again.

A hit or miss, my problem is that they hire front desk people who can barely speak English and have given me false information before: hire professionals, not inexperienced people to fill a quota. I ended up showing up for an appointment only to have it canceled. Unfortunately, this one experience has overridden my previous mostly-positive ones. All it takes is one..I also know someone who got checked out by a front desk person because no medical personnel were available at the time, this is the most disrespectful and unprofessional thing I have ever heard. I do like the doctors & young assistants though.

DO NOT trust the people that work at his office. RUN, dont walk way from this medical practice. The Dr is more than competent but the staff are unprofessional and I cant begin to know where he found them.They scheduled me for a procedure for a Saturday evening at 8PM for me to arrive there and find no one in any one of the three offices. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I waited there for 30 minutes in case they were running late. They didnt even have the courtesy to call me on Monday morning. I had to call them only to receive a call back on Monday at 3PM from a manager offering to reschedule the procedure.I do not trust the level of care these people offer and neither should anyone else.

They took me in even though I came 30 minutes before closing. I was extremely sick and a bit emotional and they all were caring and professional. The doctor was understanding and took care of me very well even though I was a crying mess. I’m so appreciative so I decided to write a review even though I never write them. Thank you guys again for everything. :)

This clinic is by far the best I’ve been been to. I took both my kids here for their school physicals as we had just moved to the state and I hadn’t chosen a PCP yet for them. The office and medical staff are so nice and respectful. I really felt like they took care of us very well. The doctor that gave my kids their physicals was so nice! We loved her!I would recommend this clinic to everyone.

Dr. Abourass thank you so much for taking care of my mother today. Not only was seen by a doctor but a amazing human being. My mother doesn’t speak English or arabic but you were so kind paying attention to was she was saying and me interpreting the conversation in Spanish.Hats off for you and your staff 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻Karly is one of the best receptionist I’ve been interacting with, in many times being in a doctor’s office. My regular PCP was booked ahead for months, but I was able to call and get an appointment for the next day. Staff were all friendly and the facility is very clean- the most pleasant urgent aid I’ve ever been to. Dr.Abousaad was very friendly and straightforward, and Abdul the medical assistant was very quick and painless about drawing my blood. I will definitely be coming back for future medical needs.

Dr alzein is the only good thing about this place. Every single time I want my medication sent to a pharmacy for a refill it’s an issue. They claim you have to visit them every three months for a refill to “make sure” you still need the medication. Why would I need to check in every 3 months for a medication I’ve been on for 7 years. Obviously I’m still going to be taking the medication in 3 months. They never seem to get their payments or paperwork in check. And there’s a nurse with glasses who works there who seems to be the one to always take peoples blood and she clearly has no idea what she’s doing. Every time I had her as my nurse she either had to redo it a bunch of times cause she couldn’t get the needle in right or she leaves the arm band on too long and your vein stops giving blood. One time she left my arm tied for so long I passed out. Please never go to this place unless you’re not getting anything done to yourself, or you’re for sure seeing dr alzein. Everything else is a waste of time and energy.

I have been to this center several time for myself and my daughter. They are phenomenal! Quick, thorough, spot on at their diagnosis! I highly recommend them.

Always a great experience at Advanced Urgent Care in Orland. Abdul the MA is one of the kindest people and I will specifically ask for him when I go. Three times trying an IV and he came in first try and I hardly felt it! I dont usually have a long wait either. Amy is also very helpful and answers any questions Ive had. Love this office!

This urgent care deserves more stars! The doctors, nurses and reception staff are professional, kind and understanding. You may have to wait some time. But I rather have a team thats understanding! I have been sick for quiet sometime. They listened to every detail and checked me out. I could cry because I am relieved.The facility is clean, and neat! I will continue my needs coming here. Advanced Urgent Care in Orland Park is a nice place with caring people. Check in was easy and they have very comfortable chairs in the waiting room. The wait was under 10 minutes. Everyone from the front desk secretary to the medical assistants were very professional. Nurse Practitioner, Heidi, was very knowledgeable, listened to me and took the time to answer all of my questions. They took x rays and bloodwork right in the facility and I did not have to wait long for the results. This is a very clean and well-run care facility. Every person that I talked to there seemed to really care about the patients well being. I would definitely go back. Highly recommend!

I could have not asked for anything better. On a Sunday I had an awful sore throat and I looked up an Urgent Care option near my house. I called and the person that answered the phone was beyond helpful and nice, told me that it should not take more than 10-15 minutes to get in.When I got there, the place was super clean, well lit, with a nice yet very practical decor. The receptionist was efficient and friendly, and I was finally seen by the nurse in less than 10 mins after I arrived.The nurse did a comprehensive clinical history, asked all the right questions and was extremely warm and well disposed. In less than 5 minuets I was seen by the doctor. He was professional, courteous and had great bedside manners. He suggested a test for Strep, which turned out positive. They faxed the prescription to my pharmacy.It all took less than 30 minutes. It was the best experience possible considering that no visits to doctors are that fun. I would recommend Fast Care with my eyes closed and I will go next time without any hesitation....

I wish the staff are as nice as the doctors. But not the case. My experience was going there toward end of day 45 minutes before they close. The front desk employee tried to say that they are closing soon and cant take any more patients after 7:30pm. I mentioned that it wasnt 7:30pm yet and she was dumbfounded. I checked in and the staff deliberately turned away several patients that walked in after me as they dont seem that they want to work anymore. There were only two people in the lobby including me and one patient was checking out. You could hear the staff talking loudly and being inconsiderate. They need to pay more attention to customer services and hire staff that have compassion toward others and experience in the healthcare field.

Nurse practitioner Heidi deserves five stars, but the medical assistant that was helping me during my appointment on 06-20-21 made my initial experience a negative one after giving me attitude after disclosing that I had not yet received my COVID-19 vaccine due to personal and medical reasons instructed by my own family doctor. The medical assistant did not know my entire medical history and made me feel very uncomfortable with her attitude. Heidi, on the other hand, was extremely kind, warm, respectful, and took her time with me during my appointment. She explained my diagnosis, helped me understand why I was having the symptoms I was having, went over how to take all of my medications she prescribed me, and had an overall wonderful sense of humor. Doctors offices tend to be nerve wracking environments, but Heidi really made my experience absolutely incredible and she is the epitome of what a health care provider should be! This woman needs a raise!

The office was nice and I had very little wait time. My biggest complaint is that I went in for an allergic reaction and the doctor tried to tell me I had a highly contagious infection. I feel like if I hadnt advocated for myself that it was an allergic reaction, they would have treated me for the wrong thing. The doctor wouldnt even get close enough to really look at what was going on.

PHI Violations and rude comments that they are too busy to get you test results. Not about the patients best interest at all!If you are hurt or sick, do NOT go to this urgent care center. I hurt my knee on Saturday and went to this urgent care after work on Monday. I was there for over 3 1/2 hours. They took an x-ray but no x-ray results before I left. I was told as we were leaving that the remote tech was reviewing the x-ray now and we would get a call. No call by Tuesday at noon. We called them and we were told that no one has looked at the results because they are very busy. So basically, if you are hurt, they are too busy to look at your x-ray. They couldnt even tell me when I would hear from them, not even by the end of the day, again, because they are very busy. No empathy or concern - none.Also, there were two PHI violations while I was there. Heidi Beckstrom, APN, was showing me something on the computer and then left the room without locking her computer. For 20 minutes while I was waiting in the room, the computer was open and facing me. I could see clear file names that would included patient information that is supposed to be secured. I obviously didnt open anything, but I should have never been in a room with no provider and an unlocked computer. I also could hear nurses talking about patients in the hall very clearly so that I knew what was happening with other patients, and heard them talking about me. I could hear from my room, and so could any other patient that was back in a room.If you need service for an injury and want a fast secure center, this is not the place. I still have no response from an x-ray, I dont know who could have access to my information as computers are not locked, and communication about my treatment was heard loud and clear for all to hear.

WILL NEVER BE RETURNING.Every time I have been here, I have made appointments, and still ended up waiting 30+ minutes. Very unprofessional, but its close to my house and convenient for last minute trips so I still would come when need be.Until today. I made an appointment for a vaccine I needed for school. Called days in advanced, made an appointment, AND had them double check that they had the vaccine. Today comes, I wait for 40 minutes, nothing out of the ordinary because thats my usual experience here, and finally they call me in. I am in the doctors room for 5 minutes, then they come in to inform me that they actually do not have the vaccine that I was there for.In previous trips, I have heard the doctor sit at a table with colleagues and chit chat while I sit in his room for 15 minutes, and another time heard him on the phone for 20 minutes while I was waiting in his room.Do not, I repeat DO NOT come here if you find your time valuable

I have been too this office a few times now and have received beyond exceptional care. Every staff member Ive met has been completely professional and highly knowledgeable. Each time Ive been my treatment plan has been spot on and has fixed my issue. I recently had a rather embarrassing medical issue, but the doctor made me feel comfortable and treated my concern without any judgement. I also especially have to give credit to the medical assistant Abraham. He explained everything he was doing, answered all my questions and showed real care. Even though there was a emergency patient that came in while I was being treated, Abraham still made sure to check on me and make sure I was doing alright. I have yet to have a bad experience at this office and now I plan on making Advanced my primary care as well as my urgent care.

This place is the worse medical facility Ive ever been to. Let me start from the beginning. I was first seen on Friday, July 29,2022. Granted I havent seen a Doctor in a few years, so they took blood tests because for what I went into the Doctors office for and schedule x-rays for my back as well. I got the x-rays on the following Tuesday August 2,2022. The following morning Wednesday August 3, 2022, I received a phone call from the doctors office and was told that there was an issue regarding my blood tests, regarding my liver. They told me that Dr. Alzein would like to see me that Friday August 5, 2022. I showed up for the appointment early and waited over an hour to be seen. Well I didnt see Dr. Alzein, I was seen by his assistant, and he couldnt tell me anything about my blood tests results, he stated that he had to go over the test with Dr. Alzein and he would call me later in the day to explain everything to me. This worried me, if it is something to do with my liver you would think that the Doctor would be on top of it, not in this case. So I go home and wait for the call around 4pm I call the doctors office and was told someone would call me back shortly. I waited until 7pm and called the doctors office again was told someone would call me back shortly, nobody did. The following day, Saturday August 6,2022 I called the doctors office again and was told again that someone would call me back shortly. About 3 hours later someone finally called me back and said that the Dr. Alzein hasnt read my blood tests results yet, tests were taken on July 29,2022, 9 days prior to this phone call on August 6th. Really!! The person who called me said that Dr. Alzein would like to see me Wednesday August 8th at 10:15 a.m. Okay, I showed up to the appointment at 10:00 a.m. and waited until 1:00 p.m. and Dr. Alzein has yet to see me. I sat there for 3 hours! I was furious so I walked out, I still dont know what the blood test results are this is pathetic! What a disgusting place to be caring for people. I was so frustrated with the care I was being given in the attention I was being given regarding my liver and the doctors office staff was laughing at my brother when he questioned them why was it taking so long this place is very unprofessional in a terrible place to take your family members or yourself for medical care.

This place is horrible. Had a appointment for blood work before surgery. Appointment was at 1:30pm. Wasn’t even seen for an hour in a half. Why have a appointment if you wait that long. Then I waited another 30 minutes in the room. Also they kept my drivers license and Insurance card and I had to ask for it back at the end of my appointment. Definitely go somewhere else!

Upon entering the facility I found it to be aesthetically pleasing and clean. There was no wait time. I was immediately diagnosed with strep throat and because of the severity I was administered antibiotic and steroids through an IV. However, when I walked out I felt 95% better than when I came. The staff and doctor were very professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend and would go back if necessary.

After visiting 2 Urgent Cares and calling my local one that was not taking any more patients, I called Advanced Urgent Care and they told me a 20 minute wait. I arrived and was handled quickly on the paperwork and only waited about 5 minutes. I had a rash in my armpit that was getting worse with pain and was swollen and I notified the doctor I was going out of town.She diagnosed and put me on an IV, drew blood to make sure there were no other problems and started me on an antibiotic. I sat an watched Monday night Football on my phone and then I left with my prescription and blood test results showing I had no other problems.By the time I got home, the pain was gone and the swelling had gone down. By the morning, there still was no pain and it was clearing up.This was the best urgent care I have ever received and would recommend it highly. Very nice people who enjoyed their jobs and made you feel comfortable and important.

Unlike the other reviews, my experience here was done in a timely manner. However, I will never step foot here again because of Heidi the Nurse Practitioner. I went in complaining of upper back and chest pain thinking I may have a pinched nerve. Heidi said she wants to run a step test because she’s had people come in with chest pain and they just had strep. Sure enough she comes back later on and says I have Strep and prescribed antibiotics. I had no fever, no sore throat, no cough, no congestion. I went somewhere else to get retested and of course didn’t have strep.I can’t believe she is telling people who come in with chest pain as a symptom that they have strep. Luckily I work in healthcare and new better than to believe her.

The staff is very friendly. The place is immaculate. Very clean and friendly service. The doctors and nursing assistants are great!The wait time is long. It seems as if there is only one doctor and several nursing assistants. I’ve waited over 45 mins to see a doctor before. This is the only downside. I still come here whenever I’m sick because of the quality of care.Thanks guys! Please keep it up!

My experience here has always been awesome. Everything is electronic, which is great. When you make an appointment the wait is never long than 5/10 mins. Ive brought my toddler here, and I was never made to feel like I was creating an unwelcome scene by having a kid (youd be surprised how many people act this way to parents of young kids). Ive always been treated by people that were very respectful and educated. This is my go to urgent care because you can book an appointment online for same or next day, they have live updates on wait times online, and they text you appointment reminders. Good job Advanced Urgent Care.

I am so impressed by this care center. From the cleanliness to the professionalism and the immediate care. My husband who has seen his primary care doctor twice for severe coughing and bronchitis was unable to find any relief. Tonight we came to this care center at 9pm. He was seen immediately, given an x-ray, put on an I.V containing antibiotics, given a nebulizer treatment, and a take home prescription for antibiotics. The doctor was able to pinpoint and treat his sickness immediately. This place is absolutely amazing. I am beyond impressed.

This place is a joke. I went in for an ultra sound and urine culture and I didn’t hear back within 3 days like they said. I kept calling to see what my results where and they were not yet read. It took more then 2 weeks to get results. Turns out I had a bacterial infection and was suffering for weeks. I am never coming here again. They don’t care about their patients and are too busy to do anything. They finally called me Today and I was told about my diagnosis. They said they would send the antibiotic to the pharmacy. Later on In the day, The other urgent care on 63rd called and I asked her if they sent the medication, turns out they did not bother to send the medication to the pharmacy. So the urgent care from 63rd sent the medication I needed instead of the one that I went to. It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a place like this. They are a mess!

The entire operation of this facility is completely incompetent. I was given wrong information at the front desk about billing. The two doctors I saw, on two separate visits, both took over 45 mins to see me (though I was the only one in the waiting room). When I did finally see the doctors, I was treated very quickly and in the first visit not given the proper medication. I also received two different bills, of which were for different amounts because the billing department made a mistake. When I asked to talk to a supervisor regarding all of these discrepancies, I was told that I would get a call back in a few days because the supervisors dont have set hours at their two facilities. The whole of the experience was extremely frustrating and I would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.

What a joke- I walked in 20 minutes before closing trying to get relief for terribly painful ear infection. All the other places I called were booked and my pharmacist told me to go somewhere right away. The receptionist clearly wanted to get out as soon as possible. She looked up from her phone just long enough to tell me they couldn’t see me because they closed soon. GO SOMEWHERE THAT CARES and save your breath. I’m in so much pain and it would have taken them five minutes to see me. UNBELIEVABLE!

Have been here several times, always on a weekend. Staff were pleasant and wait time was minimal. It’s very clean, which is important to me as I usually have two young children in tow. The doctors always educate me about my ailment, go over test results, and make recommendations for follow up and aftercare

First The clinic is super clean and looks super sharp, there are also an extremely tech savvy clinic. The staff from medical assistants to nurse and of course doctors are extremely knowledgeable about all types of illnesses and they are extremely holistic in caring for all patients be not only did I get treated here a few times but my father and sister, plus my niece and nephew get treated here as well as primary care.So in conclusion I would definitely recommend the if you do need medical treatment then go to ADVANCED URGENT CARE !

The facility is decent enough but every time I come to or call this place they just tell me to go to the ER. I’ve basically spent over 2 grand in ER visits for very simple things, and after they advertise their MRI and imaging equipment they say that I’m best to go to the ER for head pain with no secondary symptoms and that if I wanted any type of scan I’d have to wait 2-3 days. I haven’t been fully treated by this place going on 4 times but I’ve been billed for it each time. Avoid this place all together it’s just a giant waste

These guys never open on time , i came down with a bad flu and needed a assistance shot, they claimed to close at 8 and refused to take me at 5

Horrible service today! Had to wait two hours to finally see the doctor. Not okay for an ergent care. No problem with the doctor, she was great but the staff needs to get retrained on good service. This location was better then the location by midway but now it’s just as bad with the service & wait time. Very unsatisfactory when it’s supposed to be an ergent care which means faster service than a hospital. Waiting two hours to get seen and still another two hours inside is just as bad as being in a hospital.

First time here and was amazed before I even walked in the door. The decor of the place stood out to me first was definitely nicer than some other drab dr offices Ive been in and also very very clean. The front desk secretary was very nice and so was the rest of the staff. Will definitely be the first place I come if I need medical assistance at late hours. One thing I love, they are open till midnight they dont close up like all the rest at 8 or 9 pm.

I had a server case of strep throat and received great care. The staff was very attentive as I was getting hooked up to an IV. They made sure I was comfortable and feeling better before I left. I would refer anyone to go there. Thank you very much for the care I received.

Visited the clinic four times as of January 1st. Each time I asked if I owed anything and if my insurance was covering it. Each time they said yes, you have nothing to worry about. Six months later I get an astronomical bill in the mail. I spoke with Diana in billing who was very rude and kept cutting me off. I asked for the manager and when would be best to contact them. She stated,”uh.. I don’t know. His schedule is kind of random”. I asked her if there was anyone else I could speak to about the matter and she stated that no there was not. I expressed my concern with her that I was not notified of any balances within the last six months. Diana stated that I was sent a statement in March, which of course I did not receive. I have visited the clinic twice after that and was never notified of any balances. Needless to say, I will be requesting a copy of that statement to verify that It was truly transmitted. I find it very shady that it is so difficult to communicate with their staff. I contacted my insurance company who informed me that they requested medical information for THREE claims in February which interestingly added up to my balance. Needless to say, I will not be entrusting them with my money or my insurance from here on out. I was misguided, misled, and completely disrespected. Please be careful!!

I visited 2 years ago for a strep test. Even though I was told I was good to go when I left, apparently they decided to charge me more after a year or so and not notify me. I recently started getting bills in the mail saying payment was due. They blame it on the insurance company being slow, but insurance claims are never that slow. I wont be returning, and wouldnt recommend this place to my friends and family. Looking at some of the other reviews, it seems Im not the only one this has happened to.

For a new patient the registration and wait time wasn’t bad at all. Nurse and doctor were very kind, professional, and efficient. Will come back if I need anything at all. Also very clean/neat facility.

Went for the first time on Thursday the 30th and mentioned that its a 2 hours wait I didnt mind, and then it took longer than 3 hours and when I went and asked she still said few more people in front of me and seeing people who came after me going in before me and when asked why she said because they have appointments. If she were right they wouldnt even let them fill the paper they made me do since its my first time. Not just me but a couple of people talked to her about the wait time and we all just left.

These are SCAM ARTISTS posing as Doctors. We have been here a couple times as it is nearby and seemed like a convenient option for urgent care. Both times we have been misdiagnosed and either required a second visit to our GP or given unnecessary treatment to pad the bill.The worst part about this place isnt their unskilled medical staff, but their billing practices. In 2016, my daughter went in for what seemed like severe flu symptoms. At the time of visit, I was told I was fully covered by my BCBS plan. The doctor recommended we immediately go to the ER for an MRI because some test results were off. We followed their advice and took her to get an MRI. Nothing came back on the MRI and we returned the next day to follow up l. Ended up just being a common bug. Thousands of dollars in deductibles due to their medical incompetence.Now nearly TWO YEARS LATER, I received an astronomical bill stating that I was not covered by insurance. As I look through the statement, about 1 in every 3 items is double or triple charged including things our GP said should have never been necessary based on her symptoms. Reading the other reviews, I know Im not the first to encounter this sort of billing incompetency. This organization will be hearing from my lawyer regarding these fraudulent practices.

Advanced Urgent Care in Orland Park.....What a great experience!! NOT the typical doctors office. Came in as a walk in and was speaking to a doctor within 10 minutes.The doctor could tell I needed help with my bronchitis and asthma. Hooked me up to an iv and an nebulizer within 15 minutes.....I feel much better and have the 3 prescriptions I need plus a inhaler sample from them. Free medicine? Cant say enough about this place!!! Its great!!!!

I dont like to leave bad reviews but having worked in the healthcare field i am concerned for safety of patients.I came initially to get a COVID-19 test since the cvs site did not have appointments and my primary care did not offer testing and referred this immediate care location.1) they first told me that I HAD to see a dr before they could give me a test. For a nasal swab this is not necessary. They also did not tell me this when I made the appointment.2) when I told them I had a sore throat(which is a symptom of possible Covid infection) the dr (I am pretty sure she was a nurse practitioner as she did not have a name badge or credentials on. SHE DID NOT TEST ME FOR STREP. She simply just looked at my throat with a light for 5 second and assured me I had step and prescribed antibiotics.3) I simply came to do a nasal Covid test. They did NOT give me any paperwork at all for services they did nor receipt. I really wish I could have gone somewhere else.The only good thing about this place was the receptionist was nice. Very poor practice and they should be ashamed for not disclosing that a dr has to be seen when there was no dr on site!

Complete disappointment. Went in for an allergic reaction. Waited an hour and a half which with someone who has hives and tightness in my throat I could not believe that. With one other person in the waiting room I felt that was just unbelieveable. When I was seen whether it was a medical assistant or a nurse the poor girl looked so stinking miserable. She kept sighing and rubbing her face. I wondered when the last time she slept because she looked like she might drop dead. The dr examined me and said that there was nothing severe enough to prescribe anything outside of generic zyrtec. I went to another urgent care after and they gave me steroids. This place doesnt care and the staff seems oblivious. The other positive thing was the young girl at the front desk.

It had an excellent experience with Advanced Urgent Care. Last week, we went to IL to spend our family vacation but unfortunately my grandma got sick. Then we found Advanced Urgent Care, we called them to get rid of this problem. They were friendly and helpful as well as professional. We are really very pleased with their service and their care, excellent in one word. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in an emergency case. Thanks a lot.

I went to this clinic based on the reviews and their hours, I needed urgent care on a Saturday night. I did wait a long time (over an hour before I was seen ) but that was not a huge deal, since waiting is to be expected.My main issue is that I was mis-diagnosed. The symptoms got worse a few days later, my fever wouldnt break. So I went to my doctor, turned out I did not have strep, I had a sinus infection. Kind of scary when a doctor cant diagnose a sinus infection. I got the correct meds and was better the following day. Pretty upset that I paid out of pocket for the visit and for RX and felt EXACTLY THE SAME.A little suspect that they have such great reviews, makes you wonder if real people are writing them. I will say, the doctor did have great bedside manners.

If I could give zero stars I would. Told they had 3 different tests for Covid-19. Show up on appointment time, wait 45 minutes in the parking lot after our scheduled time. Call receptionist and she says it will be an additional 30 minutes and they only perform the deep nasal swab, and that’s the only test they have. So they lied about the tests and our scheduled appointment would have been 1 hour 15 minutes past the scheduled time, had we not left. Please look elsewhere for your test.

Urgent? Yeah right! I waited 3 hrs to get my kids school physical forms completed because the first time they were done it was incomplete and rejected by the school. I won’t be coming back. Such a waste of my time. I had to come twice and wait between 2-3 hours each time just to see a doctor. They are very slow. If you have papers that need to be filled out make sure you check every section because if you don’t you will most likely be coming back to have them redone for being incomplete.

Beautiful office, but horrible staff. After waiting for forever, I got lucky to have a clueless, medical assistant that smells like armpit sweat and B.O 🤢🤮😷 !!!! She goes by the name of Jenna or Janna. Besides that she SMELLS BAD, she put me in a dirty room with soiled exam bed paper that had bloody stains from previous patients and she was super ignorant and rude to me!! 🤬 She was laughing while she was taking my vitals and was talking with another MA in an arabic language in front of me and my husband. ignoring my questions and talking over me. This place needs better management and professionals. I would not recommend. Avoid this place at all costs.

Dr. Alzein is a good guy. I had excruciating back pain (sciatica) which Ive had before and he understood completely and was a nice guy. A couple of hours after filling my prescriptions my pain went from about a 10 on a scaleof 1-10 to about a 6 1/2. My only issue was the wait time. I waited almost 2 horus (with an appointment) but it was the day after Christmas-which was technically a holiday, so I gather most other facilities were closed. Additionally, I had this problem before, went in to a Minute Clinic or some other similar facility and after taking my temperature, and going through my entire medical history, they basically told me to go see my doctor, which was infuriating.

This office is ridiculous. It took 5 calls before anyone answered the phone, then finally when they did I told them I have a nasty cold for three weeks and asked when I can come in. The lady told me they take walk-ins, Dr. Alzein doesnt have appointments today and no appointment is needed, but I might need to wait for an hour or so before he sees me. I asked if I can make an appointment since I am sick and dont feel like sitting for a long time, she said No. Really? You must be making too much money and have zero sympathy and care for your patience. I will spend my insurance money somewhere else.

I have been going here many years. Dr. Alzien is a caring dedicated doctor. He is aggressive and has helped keep me out of the hospital. My family continues to go to Adavanced Immediate care. All the doctors are great. 5 starStay well

It’s Thanksgiving and I’m pretty sick...I found this place by accident, after calling my insurance to find an immediate care in my network. They checked EVERYTHING, left no stone unturned. Chest x-ray, step test, took blood, gave me nebulizer while being treated. The place is immaculate and no irritating blaring TVs while you wait, instead beautiful music. If you are sick, I’d definitely recommend

Been here two times. -☆,-☆,-☆,-☆,-☆....DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE EVER!First time they cashed my check twice and that overdrew my account between paychecks.Second time for covid tests for myself and my father on Friday 1-07-2022 at 12:30pm. Covid tests were done Sunday and they never called, texted or emailed them to us. Called them Monday and they wanted to fax them to me. They tried but sent 2 copies of my dads to my office and not mine.They also ordered a Cat Scan on my dad Friday night at Palos Hospital. Finished at about 7:30pm and went home waited for an update when I gave them my number at Palos. Its now Monday 0-10-2022 at 8pm and still havent received any info on the Cat Scan from Advanced. They wanted this done because they felt dad may need to be admitted to the hospital on Friday night depending on results. I even called Palos today and had them fax the results to Advances again at about noon. Palos called me half an hour later to see if Advanced contacted me yet and my answer was NO and still waiting for that call after 8pm tonite!I WILL ADMIT THAT THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO FOR ANYTHING!

The doctors and staff are awesome! They listen and are very thorough. Anytime the kids are sick and I cannot get to my primary doctor we go here. Never a complaint. Compassionate and friendly!

Every time I visit Tarek and Dr Alzein at the Advanced Urgent Care center I leave feeling 10x better than when I walk in the door. Treatment takes around 3 days without hospital admission. Dr. Alzein and his nurses always give me a warm welcoming and make me feel comfortable during my visits. They are very skilled people and are great at what they do. Id recommend using them as a Primary Physician or even just for Urgent Aid walk ins. 5 stars!

Friendly caring staff. I needed to see a doctors that day. So I just walked to Orland advanced Care. They took me right the way. Everyone there were kind and helpful. I got the proper treatment. Get my blood work and the results at the same place that day. I’m glad I went there that day. Thank you

The “neurologist” was playing psychiatrist with me and didn’t know what she was talking about. When I came back to change my medicine that was making me sick all she said was she’d lower the dosage. I told her I wanted something else but she wouldn’t give it to me all because she was upset I’ve seen a different doctor instead of “doing what’s right for the pt” which was sticking to her even if it made me feel twice as bad. I felt 10x worse than good. I’m getting charged just so she can right phone numbers of other doctors recommendations and give them to me. DO NOT GO HERE. I know paramedics smarter than her.

STAY AWAY!!! I made a terrible and costly error when I went to this awful place in January 2020. I walked in with what I felt was a broken wrist at 11:00 p.m. during the week. They were the only facility open. There was only one person in the waiting room and I waited an hour. I was taken to examining room by a PA and an employee who had been there one month. I brought a Medic Alert sheet with me which listed all my medications and illnesses. He never looked at it, typed with one finger and barely understood English. His middle eastern accent was so heavy I could barely understand him. He was impersonal and incompetent. The PA had to show him how to use computer and it took him about an hour to input my information. The exam table leather was old and ripped. The middle eastern doctor, named Dr. Mamood, came in 30 minutes later, showed no empathy whatsoever and told me I needed an x-ray, without giving me any examination. 30 minutes later, I had x-ray and was eventually told my wrist was broken and I needed to go to ER. They never offered me a disc, nor did they offer me a sling. Dr. Mamood was completely disinterested in my situation. He never even said he was sorry I had broken my wrist and did not offer to tell me where the nearest emergency room was. I left thoroughly disgusted. Palos Hospitals ER doctors asked me if I had a disc and I explained I was not offered one. Dr. Mamood did give me a xeroxed copy of the x-ray; it is my contention he was too cheap to give me a disc. Thus, I had to have another x-ray taken.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE FACILITY IS NOT CLEAN AND IN DISTRESS. THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND UNFRIENDLY. Now that I have read other reviews, I will make certain I follow up with my insurance company to make certain billing is accurate and timely. Wish I knew who the owner was. This was a horrendous experience.By the way, this facility is not as owner described. Certainly not a highly skilled staff at all.ADDENDUM AS OF MARCH 3, 2020: FOR EVERYONE WHO IS ENTHRALLED BY DR. I was very impressed with the level of care that my 4 year old daughter received at Advanced Urgent Care. Dr. Arekats examination was very thorough and his bedside manner was amazing. I would highly recommend this office based on the treatment received.

My doctor couldnt see me until 4/6 so i searched for a reasonable urgent care facility. Found these guys....was seen within 30 minutes by a friendly nurse and a doctor who was knowledgeable and explained things to me. Then, as I was going to pay, i found out they charge for an office visit, rather than urgent care....saving me $20!! Highly recommend this facility!!

I’m not one to write reviews about anything. However, I had such a great experience today with Dr. Mansour and his nurse (who I believe is named Christina). They both went above and beyond to make the experience much more pleasant. Christina is the best!!!! Would recommend this place to anyone.

Advanced Urgent Care has helped me and my family for the last few years during times of emergency. They are thorough in their practice and expertise. I highly recommend them as opposed to having a high ER bill. They perform many tests that other Urgent Care Facilities cannot.

I arrived 20min before closing and I was told by the receptionist that it’s too late to accept me but I wondered why they have their doors open. Than the receptionist decided to say “let me double check with the doctor”. She came back saying to wait for a response. She finally came to tell me that the doctor just received an emergency call from the hospital which is hard to believe. I DID wait outside for 20min and noticed no doctor in a rush to leave. They obviously failed to accompany my medical emergency needs.

Dr. Alzein is the best! Every staff member greets you with a smile and provides thorough professional care. I love that you can just walk in and be treated right away the same day. They are open until midnight which is very handy for families.

I had an awful experience coming to this establishment. After filling out all of my information and waiting 30 plus minutes I was told by Dr. ibrahim that I would have to pay 125 dollars up front for just the visit, not the actual checkup. Before hand I was told by the lady at the front desk that they would send me a bill to my home and I wouldn’t have to pay anything up front. I felt they didint want to help me for the simple fact that I don’t have health insurance for myself. I don’t like writing negative comments about anybody but I feel people need to know what kind of place this is and I want people to be informed on what they are getting themselves into when coming into this facility.

Bad bad more like Horrible experience just two weeks ago. Thanks to the attending doctor Dr. Ahmed misdiagnos of my fathers condition which turn out to be shingles. My father ended up a week in the hospital. Came into their office with a full description in black and white all of his meds n medical history. A transplant patient with a suppressed immune system. Three days with no anti-viral med before I was forced to rush him to the emergency room do to it spread over his body and then week not allowed to leave his room. A horrible experience a elderly person had to go through. Still cant see how a doctor can over see shingles with the way it was. .....so much more too long......

What can I say about Advanced Urgent Care...well, a year ago, I was quite sick with a virus. I was a hard head about seeing my doctor and thought it just needed to take its course. Several months later, I could feel my heart racing and bearing hard, my voice was all but gone from coughing. My son wanted to call an ambulance, but we opted to drive to PCH. We drove bear AUC and I told my son to pull in. They took me immediately and joined me up to the EKG. Fortunately, no heart attack, but they got to the root cause of my issue. Since then, they have been handling my asthma and Ive seen so much improvement.More importantly, the level of care that everyone has shown me has been exemplary. I cannot recommend AUC enough to my friends and family. The facility is beautiful and calming..not sterile and intimidating. You will have made the right choice when choosing Advanced Urgent Care for your important health needs.

Very professional I have been with Dr Alzien since he has taken over Dr Rockes practice I feel like I have seen him and his practice grow and the is staff is amazing. If your sick he makes sure your seen as soon as possible and I always feel like staff follows through. I had a severe illness and Dr Alzien knew I minute he checked me and set me up with a specialist immediately. I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care without hesitation . Ive always had trouble getting my blood drawn. Its always taken a minimal of two tries and a lot of needling wiggling. To the point in which Im not able to donate blood because my veins refuse to cooperate. I came in and Marcia took care of me in a minute. At her first try, without any wiggling of the needle around in my arm. It was the best blood draw experience Ive ever had!

I don’t recommend this place at all.They make you wait for ever and then come back again to redo the test because they lost it or throw it away.I been there for 2 hours waiting after they took my ruin sample and then they came and told me I’m done.Then called me to tell me I have to come back to redo it again because No reason. Unprofessional people works there and they hang the phone if they don’t feel like talking to the patients.

Meanspirited, rude, pushy staff. I needed an EKG to be reported to my surgeon. During my visit to Advanced Urgent Care, the staff pressured me to be their patient, beyond getting the EKG done. I wanted to get home and take some pain releiver for my broken bones, but they held my results for 5 pain filled hours.

Racist receptionist assumed I was an state medicaid recipient. I told her I have Blue Cross Blueshield she then asked was it an hmo. Black folk do work and have PPO insurance. States it would be cheaper to go elsewhere prior to asking what insurance do I have....I’m glad I wasnt on my death bed. Severe pains I was having to say the least.

Dr. Alzein is the only good thing about this place. “dr” Abouras is absolute trash. No bedside manner. Very disrespectful to the patients!

Every time I come to Advanced Urgent Care, I am taken care of in a timely and professional manner. The doctors and assistants are very professional and wonderful to work with, especially Yousef, one of the medical assistants. I highly recommend coming to Advanced for any medical needs!

I give this place two stars, only because the care given is good. However there billing process is a sham. Hold on to your EOBs and receipts with this place for they will come back and try to bill you for services rendered and already paid for! Even up to three years prior! Good medical service and nice staff, but hold on to all your paperwork with this place.

I came here because of a bug bite I suspected either had something in it still or was infected. It was bright red and very painful. The doctor looked at it and said it was a bite and the hardness I was feeling was not pus but it was healing. He said he wasnt going to drain it because nothing would come out. He gave me a prescription for Amoxicilian for 10 days and told me if the hardness doesnt go away, then I have to come back for an IV antibiotic and if that doesnt work then I have to come back to have it cut. It was worse the next day and I was able to get into my regular doctor. As soon as he saw it, he immediately drained it. That hardness was in fact the infection and it did come right out as soon as my doctor put in the shot to numb it. Even more came out after the incision. My doctor sent it to a lab and the results came back as a staph infection from the bite, just as he suspected from the moment he saw it. The redness was cellulitis. The amoxicillin I was prescribed would not have taken care of the infection. After reading a few reviews on here, I see Im not the only one who was misdiagnosed.

I went here this last sunday with my boyfriend. The doctor looked at his rash, called it sunburn(It was clearly NOT sunburn, because it was bumpy and itchy) and proceeded to focus on the sore throat that he mentioned, even though he no longer had it. My boyfriend cant do throat swabs, so he asked if maybe they could test his blood instead. The doctor had to go ask someone. There was a miscommunication with the staff, they thought that they were going to do a throat swab, and insisted that they try. The same guy messed up my ear when trying to clean out wax, my ear started bleeding, and hurt even worse. I had to go to a different place and get my ear cleaned out. I got antibiotics for my ear because they actually tore up my ear canal. They also messed up my boyfriends blood results. THEY DIDNT EVEN TEST FOR STREP. The guy that called us had no idea that they were supposed to check for strep. Now he has a bill for getting a little bottle of pills, and has no idea what he even has. My ear still hurts, and I am telling everyone never to go here.

Dr. Alzien and staff are the best, I used to go to a doctor from associated with another hospital and just recently had all of my records transferred to advanced urgent care because I was so happy with the service here. Prompt results with a friendly staff, need I say more?

This place is wonderful !! Every time I come in with my son they take us in right alway . The most I’ve waited was 30 minutes. Their staff is just wonderful and so friendly. I would recommend this place to everyone in need of urgent care .

They dont fully disclose the details of their services until you arrive. They lied about availability of testing to deny services, being in healthcare I would never treat any of my patients as they did to us. Wrong choice of business, completely unable of human connection. Strongly suggest to avoid this entity!.

The care was good, but I did not feel particularly safe regarding COVID here. Probable Covid patients were being brought into the building and PPE didn’t seem to be changed between patients. I was extremely anxious the entire visit.

Dr. Alzein needs to go back to medical school. How does one go in with untolerable arm pain and walk out with a diagnosis of shingles!? No prior symptoms, no rash or blisters, no blood sample taken, nada. Then to prescribe a medication to treat it!? He makes a patient walk out with not just an unsolved problem, but a heart issue due to the stress and anxiety of being misdiagnosed while still being in pain due to not even treating the pain during the care. Who walks out urgent care without having their pain treated or given something for it the very least? Do not recommend going to this place at all. Does not even give reasoning for the diagnosis. Sure you want to go home due to coming in close to closing time, but do not misdiagnose someone and not treat the pain they came in with or else patients will start throwing lawsuits at you.

My experience has been a great blessing! Such nice caring people that really enjoy helping you. Honestly this is the best place ever! If you want someone to care as much as you do, then you have or will go to the right place! :) Thank you all so much! :)

This place is a hidden gem at Orland Mall. I almost dont want to tell people about it. The office is beautiful and the staff is top notch. From the girl at the desk to Dr. Sisson the whole crew is great.

I come here for check ups and I can get everything done in one visit. The staff, doctors, nurses and medical assistance are all great. The wait is a bit long but the waiting room is beautiful and the chairs are comfy.

4th of July and we had to go to see a doctor. First time here. Inside makes you fell calm,just like you have visited spa. Nurse,doc were awesome

I am never coming here again hurt my back I was feeling pain I never felt before I guess its just a muscle but regardless it hurts when I twist and lift things and I have a job where I lift I asked is there anyway that he can give me a note for a day off so I can rest and he told me no because x-ray shows no fracture I said OK well can I have a note for maybe restrictions so I dont have to pick up things like obviously Im feeling something if I wasnt in pain I wouldve came in...Ive just never heard of such a thing he told me no because he has no proof that anything is wrong with me smh

This place is horrible I was treated for symptoms I did not have and giving a prescription I didnt need. Mind you it took me a total of 2 hours in their office for them the cure NOT A DAMN THING. Save you time and insurance and go somewhere else. They will make you wait and may or may not help you.

My husband went there for a blood test appointment at 12:00 pm today and the lobby was empty and they told him to wait, he waited for 45 hour then he told them he has to go to work at 1:00 pm then the told him it will be another half hour wait, it’s just a blood test that doesn’t need 10 minutes I’m a phlebotomist too, and I know you don’t need to wait 2 hours to take a blood test, they also refused to give him a copy of bloodwork order to go do it in a lab, they told him you can only do it in our clinic, this is a bad customer service and it’s called urgent clinic which is funny, any way we will never go there again and we don’t recommend this clinic to anyone, and actually they don’t even deserve one star

Took them 20 mins to check me in while having a severe peanut allergy attack. After finally seeing a doctor the just called a ambulance because they didnt want to take me. Honestly worth it to drove somewhere else if needing anything by the mall.

They will bill you for just walking in the place. I was only there 5 minutes before told they cant help me and i need to go straight to an ER....Horrible place stay clear from them. On top of that i was misdiagnosed by a uneducated doctor. State of Illinois needs to shut down this place asap. ITS A BILLING SCAM STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE

We love this place and whenever we need a walk-in clinic we skip the ones in our area and drive for almost 45 minutes, I can’t say enough good things about them; I would highly recommend this place.

Worst place ever. They throw away the blood after they took it then call me back to redo it again cuz mistakenly they throw it away. They did this to me twice.Don’t even deserve one star.

Went for stitches, got stitches.waited about 1.5 hours but probably still better than the ER.

It takes forever to be seen by a doctor, which is excruciating when you have a child in pain. They weren’t even busy when we arrived.

I recommend it this clinic to everyone they are very nice and helpful. The doctors are very good.
