Would highly recommend Dr. Brasch. He spent so much time with my husband and me during our first visit. Our entire IVF process was great. The nurses were wonderful! (Angie is the best!) I am expecting a baby boy in October thanks to Dr. Brasch and his team.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Brasch and the whole Chicago IVF team. From the start, we were treated with such respect and warmth. Dr. Brasch and his team helped guide us on our path to extend our family, educating us on every option available before choosing what worked for us and our situation. Highly recommend!

I cant say enough great thanks about the nurses and staff at Chicago IVF especially Mrs. Kathy Power. Any question I had(even dumb ones) I emailed her and she answered every time without fail. She spent time helping me figure out all of our insurance coverage and helped us go back and forth with my PCP to get everything we needed. She was absolutely AMAZING! Kathy was caring, attentive, and never let it show that i was probably driving her crazy with all my questions! Thank you Kathy you are the BEST!

Dr. Brasch was the most kind, caring, and wonderful doctor. He spent an immense amount of time to come up with a plan for us in order to conceive successfully. After only one round of IVF, we conceived and now have a beautiful 2 year old girl! If it were not for Dr. Brasch and his amazing staff, we would not have our daughter! I highly recommend going to Chicago IVF!

I’ve always had amazing service from all the nurses! I have been to the Munster, Valpo and Orland office and everyone has been great and helpful. Dr. Brasch was always very kind and knowledgeable, we had success with our IVF cycles and I highly recommend this staff. They definitely make you feel like a priority and are quick to answer any questions.

There will always be negative reviews of doctors. Understandable. However, I had nothing but good experiences both times I used Chicago IVF. I didn’t need too much intervention from them as I got pregnant on my own (very grateful), so that might impact my review as I wasn’t using them for more intense procedures and or appointments. The staff were always kind and helpful. I had two e-visits with Dr Brasch during 2020 (Covid), and he was wonderful; Was so incredibly thorough, and genuinely seemed to care how I was doing mentally at that time. It was nice to have a doctor take his time with the appointment and not brush me off.The only negative was having to use their surgical center to get a basic procedure done that was necessary in the pre testing steps. Due to Covid, driving almost an hour away to get it done, when I was told I had to, was a bummer, but I can’t really blame them for that. And the billing people there were awful (also not Chicago IVF’s fault).

Dr Brasch did a thorough review of my previous records and was able to order more testing that found my infertility issues. With his help we were able to welcome our two rainbow babies into our family!

Dr. Brasch took the time to speak to me as a person not a patient he made sure to know details of my case. I have been to other clinics and seen other IVF doctors but he truly made a difference.

I received 2 claims details from my insurance for services from this clinic from a Doctor I never saw! I went to that clinic and talked with a nurse about my issue, they asked me to do a procedure which costed me $525 out of my pocket and they never gave me any receipt, report, information, copy of any docs I signed at their location. After I paid and did what they asked me to do, they said they would be in touch with me and I could ask for a copy from the person who will be calling. I never heard from those people and my blood work and the process was for nothing, just $525 out of my pocket (luckily it wasnt more). Anyway, like someone else mentioned, please do yourself a favor and stay away from these people. They care nothing about people who desperately want to have children... they only care about money. I cannot believe they are still in business.
