Can’t say enough great things about this wonderful group of doctors! Dr. Mccuin delivered my baby girl and the entire team of doctors are incredibly professional and caring. I’ve always been able to reach the front desk and speak with a nurse if needed. They remind me of my yearly paps, and make me feel like family. We moved from Los Angeles to Roanoke to have our baby and I am so happy we did because of these doctors! So grateful for them!

My first appointment today, my old doctor retired. Love doctor Kraemer great doctor. The front desk was very nice as well!!!

I love these doctors. I travel close to 2 hours for these doctors. The nurses and receptionists are super sweet. They all make you feel comfortable and at home. Quick wait times and visits, yet they get the job done!

Love this office!! Wish I didn’t move, these ladies are amazing. Everyone from the doctors to nurses are great; and front desk (Tricia) is awesome to deal with.

Tried to get a refill on my birth control and though the request was sent days ahead, they still had not sent it back. I called and told them I needed it that day because I was starting a new pack and I couldnt wait over the weekend. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and got quite snippy when I called back in 30 minutes to ask why the refill request still had not been sent.

Love Dr Kraemer and his team. He is always super straightforward and to the point. I drive all the way from rocky mount just to see them.

I just love this office! I’ve been seeing Dr. Murchison for years and I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is wonderful!

They don’t answer their phone calls after I left multiple calls and messages. They billed me incorrectly and I can’t even reach out to someone who can help me. I’ve never heard of a doctor’s office like this where you can’t get ahold of someone and will not be returning.

Never have had to wait more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room. Physicians are great! Front desk staff (especially Tricia) are incredibly helpful.

Gynecologists are great but the front desk people never answer the phones or return your calls.
