Providence Womens Clinic - Progress Ridge

I had a fantastic experience with Providence Womens Clinic - Progress Ridge during my pregnancy with my first child. My pregnancy had several complications, including an unexpected emergency stay at St. Vincents Hospital, which meant I worked with nearly every doctor in their office. Without exception, they were all amazing—thoughtful, caring, and true experts in their fields. Each doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel supported throughout the entire process. I couldnt have asked for a better team to guide me through such a challenging time. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking exceptional care!

I cannot express how wonderful both doctors I see here are. I use Dr. Abe from the women’s clinic and Fort from the family medicine side. I’ve never had such great experiences with doctors before. They are both so caring and kind. I never feel rushed or uncared for. I leave happy every time I come here. Also, huge shout out to the front desk for helping me get seen when I was having a vestibular migraine episode. I feel more cared for by all the staff here more than I have ever felt anywhere in the health care space and I work in health care so I know a good bunch when I see it!

I have been coming here since 2022, when I was pregnant with my first baby and always felt taken care of and questions answered. Sometimes appointments are a bit far out but I have learned to call and schedule as many as possible for my pregnancy and it works out just fine. Definitely recommend this place and doctor vanderpool.

This clinic turned me away when I asked for a 2nd opinion on a very sensitive subject. The nurse was not nice and told me there was no point in a 2nd opinion. The very next clinic I called got me scheduled for my second opinion. Way to make a sensitive subject worse........ people get 2nd opinions ALLL THE TIME. Im glad I got scheduled elsewhere.

Love this clinic, I would highly recommend to all parents-to-be. Nurse, staff and physician are very friendly and professional, they make me feel so welcomed and relaxed during the visit and exam. Dr. Vanderpool is so attentive during the visit. She has such a sweet personality and best bedside manner. Special thanks to Michelle, she is very enthusiastic for what she does. She had made the registration process so smooth over phone. I couldn’t have come to this great clinic without her. Thanks to all!

Went in as a starting point for hormone symptoms for mid-life women of a certain age. Have persistent symptoms and very uncomfortable. Didnt even offer to take blood to start monitoring hormone levels. The doc told me they adhere to Western medicine of treating symptoms. Then offered 2 different pills that treat issues other than what I went in there for! Also offered me an ultra-sound to... what? Waste my money? Go big pharma and the Western medical profit machine! Still alive in well in our medical system. She said it sounds like I am needing a more natural holistic approach to naturopathic care after we talked about my symptoms and needs, but would not give recommendations or a place to start? I thought the doc is on the patients side? Apparently, they are more about the liability. I usually love Providence care and have carried Providence as my preferred insurance provider for a long time. Very disappointing and a waste of my time. I felt like a number here. Headed to the naturopath for this particular issue. Researching on my own and advocating for myself.As a side note, the staff who helped me make this appointment was very friendly and customer service was top notch! She got me in so fast, otherwise, I would have waited till January 2023. So thank you appointment staff! I appreciate you.

I cant comment on the quality of care, but I had such a negative experience trying to make an appointment that I will not go there. I called and requested a female gynecologist, only to be confronted by the girl on the line about men gynecologists being very gentle and unless you have a religious reason you have no reason to avoid male gynecologists, and lastly telling me that she has been pushing for them to get male doctors on staff. The girl sounded young but I think she still should know that this is not the time to push your opinion on future patients, nor is it professional. Lastly when you give birth there are males present and you cant avoid that. I wish I was making this up...Also generally I have had good experience with the Providence brand, just this odd one stands out.

This place is not worth you time trying to make appointments. They lady that was working with my wife was so disrespectful and not willing to talk with my wife of try to help us in anyway with are miscarriages we have been having. In stead made a smart remark about my wife age. I know In my wife file it show that we have been working with ORM for several months. That was so unprofessional of here to say something like that my wife left crying and so upset.

Very clean and comfortable clinic and great staff. The doctors Ive seen have all been very informative and helpful, going so far as to call me on their time off to discuss treatment options and recommendations.

Dr. Vanderpool and the whole team gave exceptional care!

Great experience start to finish. Cant recommend them highly enough
