AFC Urgent Care Beaverton

I really loved my experience @ AFC in Beaverton. Karen and Jennifer took such great care of me. I was there for my DOT physical and drug testing, and Ive never felt more welcome, and loved at any clinic before .Ive been here a few times now, but never met Jennifer or Karen. I feel blessed, to have met such wonderful people. All the best to Jennifer, and I cant wait see Karen again ❤️ PS: I got the job, and will for sure, bring some highly deserved treats for you ❤️

Super happy with the care I received! Staff is professional and friendly, and the physician I saw named Joe was caring, compassionate, and took enough time to really listen to my concerns and provide good options for my care. I highly recommend!

Without doubt one of our best experiences yet since moving to America. The staff at AFC Beaverton and Cedar Mills were all incredible! Super understanding; patient and incredibly supportive. They made us feel very relaxed even when we had some issues with having bloods drawn. In particular Trista at Beaverton and Amara in Cedar Mills were beyond amazing! One of the most professional and courteous nurses I have ever met . She was extremely knowledgeable as well as intuitive. Dr Joe was amazing as well. After explaining my situation of having been seen by 3 different physicians in the last week with no relief of my symptoms. He knew exactly what was needed. I cannot recommend this location enough.

I recently visited this center and met Dr. Sodhi. I was truly impressed by his kindness and patience. Throughout the check-up, he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel very comfortable. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and efficient. Trista, in particular, was incredibly welcoming and ensured I received the necessary forms right away. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this center to anyone.

Melissa and Amanda took great care of me when I came in for my fractured foot. They are very genuine caring and made sure I was taken care of with a following appointment. I am so grateful for the time they took to make sure my foot was in the best care.Thank you!

I came in today for a prescription refill and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and professional. I felt no judgement here at all like I have in the past at different clinics. Thank you Joe and Trista, you and others (I didn’t get their names) made my visit anxiety free and quick. I definitely would recommend this place!

I went in to the Beaverton AFC Urgent Care and was immediately greeted by the front desk person. My check in was quick and I felt welcomed. Karen called me back (I think she was an MA) and she explained exactly what the test I was having done required. She was patient, knowledgeable and just a really nice person. The lobby was full yet they made sure everyone was taken care of timely.

Was able to get a last minute appointment in the evening to help relieve my pain. Jennifer listened to my concerns and made sure that we had the right treatment for me. Karen was super caring and made sure I was comfortable during the entire stay. Although my treatment made them stay past closing time I didn’t feel rushed and felt safe and cared for.

The staff and doctor we saw at AFC Beaverton were exceptionally helpful & accommodating. We had a last minute scramble for a physical exam to complete a school health form. I accidentally went to the wrong location and the manager was so kind about my mistake and got us in with a doc right away. Our doctor had a warm bed side manner, as did our nurse. The vibe is good in this office, people are positive and upbeat. So refreshing, thank you!

Every employee was very considerate and understanding! Despite being busy, they did their best to see me swiftly and I was there in total for about a hour. Sarah, the PA, was super attentive and kind/really listened. I also overheard one of the employees speaking to a patient in Spanish, which is awesome to see that that’s an option!

Such sweet and wonderful people. I was made to feel special and their care was top teir. Thank you all for being there for me when I needed tests done. I will definitely return! Karen, Ashley and Joe were not just professional but, kind and showed such positivity. Thank you again.

I came into AFC 3 hours before my appointment because I was bleeding all over the place. The woman working the front desk took a look and was quickly able to get my appointment moved forward. They were able to get me in the back and getting cleaned up within 10 minutes of walking in, which was amazing! Ive waited over 4 hours at the ER when I was in far worse condition before, so this was amazing.Once I got to my room I was greeted by our MA, Karen, who was very friendly and made us feel immediately comfortable. She was not only very personable, but very good at her job. She made sure I understood what she was doing and would be able to continue to care for my wound at home.Dr. Sodhi was my primary provider during this visit and was equally great. He did a thorough inspection around the area of the wound and made sure there wasnt any deeper or peripheral damage, explained the types of complications that could come up, and explained why they made certain decisions regarding my treatment.Overall the staff at AFC seemed very well informed and like they genuinely enjoy helping people. Plus, my wound ended up healing very quickly so Im super happy with the whole experience!Hopefully I dont need urgent care anytime soon, but Ill be avoiding the ER and going to AFC if I do!

Im disheartened at the experience I had with the staff I had at this urgent care. I had a good experience with the receptionist and my PA at the time of my visit, and received the appropriate care plan for my injury. I had questions regarding my workers comp and was well informed on my options. However the appointment went a little longer than expected, and the clinic was almost closing (although it was still about 5 minutes left).I had one more question regarding my workers comp case, but the staff seemed to be rushing me out of the clinic by refusing to let me ask the PA a question. One of the staff members told me to get back in the room in an annoyed tone, and another staff member quickly rushed an explanation with a poor attitude. I apologized for taking up their time, and they instead returned a negative attitude. The receptionist also had a poor attitude as I was arranging my follow up appointment. Overall I was left with the sense that I needed to get out of there and that I was not welcome anymore.I understand that I was taking up more of your time that you would have liked, but I wanted to make sure that I had the information I needed to assure I can recover from my injury. I would have hoped that my care providers would care more for my health than getting out of work on time, but it looks like that wasnt the case here. I used to visit this clinic all the time and have always had a wonderful visit, but after this experience I doubt I will ever return.

Dont go here if youre seeking quality medical care. Apparently being symptomatic with cold symptoms and a diagnosis with a very swollen sore throat the day prior does not justify a work note. Treated me with nothing but apathy. Their excuse? Well, I have to go to work when I test positive for Covid. Coming from a doctor herself... Thus risking getting patients sick. I rest my case.

The manager Tiffany was able to get us a same day appointment. I was incredibly grateful for that. My daughter loved having Trista as her MA. She said she explained everything ahead of time and was very calming. Someone was shadowing and we felt like Trista did an excellent job of teaching while also maintaining an exceptional level of care at the same time.Dr. Sara answered all of our questions and was amazing as well. Super grateful

Excellent service! The MA Karen was great to work with. She was polite and knew exactly how to do the job. Also, my PROVIDER Jennifer was great! Always polite and to the point and listens to the guests! Highly recommended!

This AFC Urgent Care is my favorite one. People there are the nicest. I just had a visit today and was coming late. They gave me a call and were so nice to ask if I was coming and ask me if they could see a walk in before me. I was welcomed with a big smile by Tiffany even though I was late, she is always so sweet.I needed some vaccines and Trista was the nurse that did them. She has the hand of an angel and was the nicest one as well.We have two other AFC urgent cares near us but I never mind doing the drive just to have a nice experience every time.Thank you guys!!!

I was seen by Dr. Jennifer today, 4th of July! Shes really amazing! She will treat you like youve known each other forever! Shes my favorite so far!😉 and Karen is nice too! Theyre both awesome!!! Total package is 💯% thumbs up! Everyone is so friendly and you can see all the beautiful smiles on their faces!😀😀😀

Had multiple different health issues, and being in the urgent care, normally only able to deal with one issue at a time. my MA, Karen was able to take care of all my issues and was very nice and helpful. and the doctor Jennifer was also very helpful and kind and was able to get me completely taken care of and get my medication sent to pharmacy quickly. all done on the 4th of July. great service and very helpful and nice staff.

Ashley was so welcoming during my visit. She coordinated my appointment and made checking in so simple. I would return to AFC for future urgent care visits. 10/10

We like how close this one is to our house but they always seem to run an hour or more behind. Every time weve made an appointment and the entire process turns into a 2-3hour visit, with most of it being a waiting game. We have not experienced this with other AFC locations. If youre hoping to get in on your appointment time and out in a timely manner, you should plan for a longer visit than expected.

Made an appointment for my DOT physical. Checking in was very simple and friendly. Was called back 5 minutes early. Greeted with a big smile and good energy by Karen was smiling and just made the appointment go by not only quick. She made it much fun, had a great conversation with her and made me feel great. Jennifer made it a great Checkup. Smile and ask question about the job I have and curious about what I did. lol made me laugh also. this a good place to go to. good energy, good vibe, smiling, Respectful. They made you feel welcome. would definitely go back if I needed to.

The environment is good.. clean, calm and welcoming. Attend to all different types of patients. Good quality care and diagnostic testing if you are sick. Sometimes its in and out care, sometimes its a bit of a wait but they are great! Lucky to have near my home such a secure clinic. They do more than just urgent care! Check out their website! Very helpful and will give you access to your labs and chart notes if you need it!

I wish that I could separate the review between provider and MA because the provider, Jennifer, was thorough, competent, compassionate, humble and I felt heard. She was willing to look outside the box and is doing a diagnostic workup seeking much needed answers instead of reviewing and copying previous providers opinions. She deserves a 5 star. The MA, however, and I do not know her name, has been rude, short, intolerant, and dismissive, caring more about the schedule than the patient who is suffering. My first visit was with Karen, who was empathetic and thorough.I would give her a 1-2 star.Overall, its been a good experience. Patients come in broken, some at a deeper level. Some hanging on by a thread. Its important to remember this and deescalate rather than escalate their anxieties

So many amazing things to say about these lovely people. As a team as well as individuals. Trista is great, AS ALWAYS😇🥺🤍 she definitely deserves a raise‼️💯 she always takes such good care of me & my family! Very kind, she makes you feel very comfortable. Like you in a safe & judgement free zone. Safe to discuss any concerns knowing confidentiality is a big priority for AFC Urgent Care in Beaverton. And Tiffany at the front desk? OH BOY! She’s a handful. IM JUST PLAYING!!😂🫶🏼 She’s wonderful, she’s so kind & welcoming. She’s very funny & does a wonderful job at her job! Definitely goes above & beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. First I was greeted by Ashley at the front desk and she was very friendly. Jennifer, the NP, and Trista, the MA, were friendly and upbeat and caring. Then I saw Dr. Jablin was awesome. Caring, friendly, and real! I highly recommend this clinic!

Made an appointment for my annual DOT physical. Check in process was quick and efficient. Got in right on time. Karen and Jennifer made it a very pleasant experience. Both were relaxed and friendly while at the same time being professionally efficient. Just an excellent experience from start to finish. Could not have been more pleased!

Sara and Karen were super welcoming and reassuring! People typically aren’t the most excited when visiting the doctor but they both made sure I was well taken care of and worked with me to deliver the best care while listening to my concerns!

Forgotten in exam room for 40min. Ended up leaving and getting a refund. No one check in after putting us in there, had to go out myself and figure out what was going on. Not the first time we had a bad experience either. First couple vists were as good as a visit to urgent care can be and we assumed the first bad experience was a fluke but now we will not be returning.

If you want to get treated with absolute indifference, Ashley is your girl! I scheduled an appointment online and didn’t receive a confirmation text, despite still having my mobile browser open with the appointment confirmation. She could not have cared any less. She had to go to the back to whisper about me for several minutes before she could come back to the reception desk and offer the very basic “our system is having trouble” excuse, and told me I could wait for an hour and “maybe” be seen, despite still having the appointment confirmation viewable in the browser. She didn’t even offer to check for other appointment availability at any other location. She’s a real peach to interact with.

Jennifer has been my pcp for 3 years and is the best provider I have ever had. Jennifer leaving afc is a huge loss to this company and I will be searching to find where she goes in the future.She is compassionate, friendly, and takes time to listen to all of my concerns. Thank you for everything Jennifer!Also Trista the MA has been so helpful every time I have been to this clinic and I really appreciate all of her help!!

Amanda and Tiffany were so kind and efficient during my visit today for a drug screening. I take a fair amount of drug screenings due to line of work Im in and they made it quick and painless so I could get back to work!

The staff were nice and accomodating. Karen was so nice. She was great. The doctor was so nice and patient. I definately recommend anyone to this location. 11/10 stars

I have been a patient of Jennifer for awhile now and really appreciate the care she gives. She knows her work! She has a fantastic personality and a friendly manner. She puts you at ease. Today is the first time I have met Karen but it feels like Ive known her forever! Shes great at what she does and puts you at ease, she knows her work. Very satisfied with both these ladies! AFC is the only place I go!

My friend told me that this is his favorite care clinic to visit and I see why. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and courteous. Reception was easy and I was seen quickly. Esperanza and Sara helped me today. They answered all my questions with ease and made me feel comfortable. Hopefully I wont have issues for awhile but if I do Ill come here first.

I should probably rate this location with less stars due to a certain someones bad attitude. I wont name drop but she knows who she is.. T****a needs a lesson in customer service..Lucky for her I still gave five stars because Tiffany, Erin and Karen are that damn good!! I love them. Had a great reception being my first time at Urgent care polite and smiling..Ma Karen was very helpful with giving the right information that helped me make the right decision on the best service.Will recommend this place always.They are time conscious too.

Karen and Jennifer were great, and helped keep things light hearted while I was bleeding from a stressful situation of breaking up a cat fight between my two fur babies. Felt like my two aunties patching me up and making sure I knew how to take good care of myself once I left. Thanks so much ladies!

A week ago, I came here because of an inflammation caused by a subcutaneous cyst in my back. All the medical staff here are very friendly and enthusiastic. Especially: Sarah has superb medical skills and quickly and accurately formulated a treatment plan, which quickly relieved my pain. Karen has a very friendly attitude and meticulous dressing care, and also provides detailed instructions on how to handle it when going home. I am currently recovering well from my injury, and I am truly grateful to Sarah and Karen, as well as all the medical staff here!!!

I hurt my knee at work, so I had to go into a UC to have it looked at. Id heard some positive things about the Beaverton AFC so I decided to give them a go and I am sure glad I did! Both ladies (Melissa & Amanda) who helped me were so professional, knowledgeable, and overall pleasant to have as my attending physicians. The front desk ladies are also absolute dolls! They all made this whole stressful experience rather enjoyable. I highly recommend this Urgent Care! 😊

I have been going to the Beaverton AFC for many years for DOT physicals. Today’s visit was more than pleasant. I waited only a few minutes before Esperanza-MA called me back. She was very friendly and treated me with care and respect. Excellent costumer service. Sara-PA conducted my physical. This is the second year I have seen her and I hope to see her next year. She is very kind treats me with respect and is very professional. I will continue going to AFC Beaverton for my DOT physicals. Unfortunately the cost has gone up (everything has) but with the excellent customer care that Esperanza and Sara provided it is easier to deal with price increases.

I highly recommend the AFC Urgent Care in Beaverton to any needing timely and quality care. Whenever I am facing a medical issue, I prioritize seeing Dr. Jennifer and the friendly staff at AFC Beaverton. She has always provided me with effective treatment while creating a comfortable environment for patients. Simply put- there is no other urgent care I trust with my care.

I scheduled an appointment same day and was seen within minutes of checking in. Carrie was my MA, she had great bedside manner, was super informative and efficient when getting my vitals, and worked quickly to get me set up with tests and treatment. Dr. Sodhi was very personable, listened to my concerns and provided me with multiple options and alternative treatment suggestions given my symptoms and upcoming travel. They got me in for imaging with no wait time, and showed me the results before I left. They also got my lab results back within 4 hours of my visit! 5 stars across the board!

I was very grateful to be seen on such short notice, on a holiday, & I was treated so kindly by Karen and the Dr. (her name escapes me) I didnt even get through my level on my puzzle game before they were working on me, and getting me headed back with my family for the 4th. Thank you to all the staff there who were so bright, friendly, & welcoming. It means lot when always but even more when you arent feeling well.

1000% recommend, Best Urgent Care I can remember. Dr. Sodhi and Trista were amazing! Seriously all the things I look for in medical professionals - Kind, caring, knowledgeable, active listening, and willing to laugh at my dark humor.I personally worked in the medical field for 10+ years and everyone here was incredible. They all deserve a raising in my opinion. 💜

After calling customer service, I was told they accept walk-ins at this location. However, upon arrival, I waited about 5 minutes with no one at the reception desk. When the receptionist finally arrived, she rudely informed me that they weren’t accepting walk-ins for the day.I explained that I had already called and was told there were available slots. She begrudgingly checked and confirmed they could fit me in but claimed they didn’t have rapid COVID tests available, which I suspect wasnt true. She then sent me to another location, a 20-minute drive away.To add to the frustration, while I was waiting, another patient arrived without an appointment, and the same receptionist offered to help her without hesitation. Clearly, walk-ins were being accepted after all. The receptionist’s rude attitude and unwillingness to help were unacceptable. I’m not sure how someone like that is working at the front desk.When I asked for her name, she refused, You can check in your records she accepted the other patient walked after me!!

We had to come in last minute today for a sports physical for my daughter, Trista and Sodhi (MD) were great! Quick, kind, and patient. My daughter had the best experience shes had yet in a Drs office. We greatly appreciate them.

I went there for my drug test. There were about 4 patients ahead of me. The receptionist was very friendly, and asked me to wait for somebody to call me.MA-Karen then proceeded to explain to me the process. She was super nice, and she really knows what she is doing which made me comfortable.Thank you AFC Beaverton for a very pleasant experience.

Tiffany was very polite when helping us schedule our appointment. We were able to get an X Ray same day, thank you Amanda and Sohdi for providing exceptional care.

Both Melissa & Amanda were very nice. Melissa was extremely helpful in providing orthopedic advice and guidance and she was very patient in answering my questions. I really appreciated their assistance.

I was too sick to do the account information…so the Medical Secretary came and sat by me and filled it all out for me. She was very kind to me. The exam was very thorogh. She even asked for details about my extractions. I left knowing I’d be feeling better soon. The whole experience was so wonderful, it made me want to return again. Today I received a follow-up call. All very appreciated so much. Love them.

Karen & Jenn were phenomenal in providing me with care and support through my illness. No request was too much for them to accommodate and the energy alone left me feeling much better on my way out the door. A+ to this AFC!!!

What a wonderful immediate care experience! I had a very deep cut in one of my fingers. Two hospitals I attempted to use were at least and hour wait!!! Ridiculous. I decided to try the AFC care center near my home. Absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone from the check in lady were so considerate and helpful. I waited for about 15 minutes and was ushered into a room by MA Karen. She was all smiles and told me all would be taken care of soon. She washed the wound and then soaked my fiber in a special solution. A few minutes later, Dr Sodi walked in. Wow!! All smiles and chatted with me while he took care of my my problem. When he was finished…he stayed for quite awhile and we just laughed and chatted. If you have an emergency…go to this location. No wait and all the employees are pleasant and so helpful. Waiting for hours at a local hospital ER is ridiculous! This location is in the shopping center at the corner of Murray and Allen. Thank yo so much for taking care of me. I cannot thank you enough!!!’

Fantastic, clean, and efficient but still wondering why they didnt give my wife any kind of protective sleeve or splint after they stitched her fingertip back together. We had to go buy our own so she would keep bumping it on things. That seems odd to me...

Not overly impressed. I had to go to Beaverton to see a specialist for my foot I was referred by the oc clinic. I understand they are just doctors and only capable of so much but I received two different diagnosis from Two different doctors. The second didnt do anything different from the first. So it was time consuming for nothing and I still have the same amount of pain. I wont be back. I will go elsewhere for medical care in the future.

Molstrom is incredible gentleman and treated me like a person not a number. Karen the medical assistant is so warm and claiming because I was very nervous. I wish I could come to this particular clinic for all my health needs. They are the best! Please thank all of them for taking such great care of me. Be back soon, with fun treats.

Jennifer was really sweet and made me feel very welcome and Karen was very funny and honest, they both made my hearts smile and I will be coming back to that urgent care if I ever need to in the future

Trista is AMAZING!!! I love her! I’ve been coming to AFC on Allen Blvd since May 10th, 2024 for my work injury(right hamstring). She has been my attending nurse before I am seen by Dr Sarah Wright(PA).I want to acknowledge Trista has the best bedside manner, even when she’s not having a great day!My last visit on July 27th, I still hadn’t heard back from SAIF Corp on the approval status of my Independent Medical Exam, which was to her surprise because I had been waiting to hear back so long on the approval notification. Trista sd very succinctly “Bro I’m making a phone call I’ll be back!” She went above a beyond what I was anticipating her to do and got my adjuster on the phone and got my IME approved within 15 mins of me being in the exam room. I was so grateful for that, she accomplished so much in so little time, I had trouble conveying my appreciation! All I kept saying was “Oh my God, thank you, thank you & thank you so much!”The level of care her is out of this world in my experience. It’s not lost on me what she does and has done to help w my continued care while keeping my goals of recovery attainable through the bureaucracy that is the medical system.Thanks so much to Trista & all the staff at AFC Allen!

I went into urgent care for shoulder pain and my head has been so frazzled with pain, Tiffany was so kind and helped me with all my questions and filling out paper work. I immediately felt at ease and welcomed. All the staff was great, clean facility, quick wait times. One of the best urgent cares ive been to in along time.

It’s always the quickest, most efficient way to get seen and diagnosed. Love having this clinic so close to home. The provider Jennifer and the MA- Karen have been so friendly and helpful.I’m grateful for their service.I recommend this clinic.Oana.

I absolutely love Jennifer Jablin and Carrie. They are both absolutely wonderful and took very good care of me anytime I come in to be seen. Very welcoming, listen to my concerns and amazing at what they do. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because the experience I have received here is by far the best!

Had a great annd easy experience at AFC Beaverton. FNP Jennifer was very helpful and a fun person to talk with. The women here are fantastic at what they do and creating a welcoming environment. This center is by far the best medical place I’ve been to in the Portland metro area. Jennifer, FNP and Esperanza, MA took great care of me and answered all of my questions. Ashely at the front desk processed my new patient info and insurance super fast. I’d come back here if I need anything! Best energy nicest people!

Visits to any kind of clinics usually at best are a little stressful.All the staff here are so professional, but also make you feel like you’re being treated like a person.They will make a stressful time feel just a little bit better.

Trista and Sara had a friendly, calming and professional manner about them that put me to ease. The receptionist I think her name was Amanda was also very friendly and calming.

I fractured one of the bones in my left foot this morning. I am amazed at how quick everything went from the time I arrived to discharge! Filling out the forms were quick and easy. I was sent back to Xray and on my way home in a little over an hour! The MA Karen and Dr. Sarah were so pleasant, friendly, and had excellent bed-side manner and humor. They they made it a very enjoyable experience considering I was in a bit of pain and nauseous. Very nice Xray tech also but I didnt catch her name. 10/10 would recommend this for your urgent care needs😍❤️

They were thorough and kind. They all listened and got us in even though it was close to closing on a Saturday evening. I appreciated the time the doctor spent trying to figure out what was going on with my kid. I will go back here if I need it again.

I have been seeing Melissa Eliss who is a fine Physician Assistant for over a month now for a lumbar spine fracture I got from a fall at work. She has been very caring and patient with my healing process. She is very knowledgeable about how to fill out Return To Work Status forms Ive needed to show workmans comp and my attorney. I work well with her because she listens to my pain level and sets work restrictions according to my level of pain. I rate her with a 10 for giving me excellent care during my recovery.

****UPDATE ****I am changing my review from one star to four. I received a phone call from AFC this afternoon and spoke to someone who has a sense of humor and knows that cuss words arent always used to abuse people :) (I have a dirty mouth - blame my parents)I think that one of the biggest problems in our healthcare system is that there are not enough people who are willing to take the time to listen to the concerns of their patients, which only creates more frustration. So, when I called this urgent care looking for my results and was asked Is this Meghann? and then LAUGHED at by the man that answered the phone when I said yes (after he confirmed NO patient identifiers), that didnt make the situation any better.All of this to say, after being able to vent my frustrations about the provider that I saw, and not being treated like Im an idiot (plus being told that the issue with the provider I saw had been taken care of), Id say I am inclined to go to this urgent care again if I ever need to. Which is cool because they can usually get me in quickly and are super close to my house.Anyways, I appreciate the phone call and actually LISTENING to my concerns.*** OLD REVIEW ***I went to this urgent care for an in person visit after TWO virtual visits with this same urgent care for a yeast infection.The provider is saw virtually (same for both visits) was very helpful. Gave me a prescription for my issue, gave me information on how to relieve symptoms, etc.2 days after taking the medication (I know this doesn’t seem like long, but this medication works quickly) is when I had my second virtual visit. I was in tears and hysterical because I was in so much pain I could hardly function. I was told to go in person.When I arrived, I was checked in and called back very quickly - which I appreciated.The MA took my vitals and had me pee in a cup.I waited for a while and the provider came in. I reiterated my entire story to her.Now side note before we go into the next part - I have been a medical assistant for 10 years specializing in family medicine and OB/GYN.This provider told me things that contradict everything I have ever learned as an MA, and while I know I am not a doctor, I have done every aspect of their jobs for them for the last 10 years, outside of diagnosing and prescribing medications.I was given absolutely no information or resolution to the extreme amount of pain I was in. When I asked what I could do, she LITERALLY shrugged her shoulders. I told her I had 3-day Monistat at home, and she asked me what Monistat was. I had to explain to her what it was and how to use it. Her reason for not knowing what it is was, “I haven’t had a test infection in years.” Well lucky you! Fortunately, as a medical provider you don’t have to HAVE a yeast infection, you just have to know how to treat one.Here we are now, a little more than 48 hours after my appointment where they tested me for everything under the sun related to the symptoms I had, I have heard NOTHING about my test results.I called this afternoon and asked about them. The person on the phone said “oh, no one has called you yet?” No, no one has called me yet, probably why I’m talking to you right now. I was told the results were abnormal and a doctor will call me “sometime today”. Still awaiting that call, and I will quite literally drop dead before I ever go back to this urgent care.

I just had a telehealth appt with a female PA (sorry, I cant recall her name!) and she was very thorough and responsive to my respiratory infection. She sent prescriptions for a couple different antibiotics and an inhaler. I highly recommend AFC and will be using them again for any urgent care needs.

The best care I’ve gotten from any urgent care facility in Oregon. Their timing and how kind they are is hard to beat. I most definitely would come here for any medical needs at moments notice. Jennifer and Trista have top notch healthcare experience. 10/10 for sure.

Had a wonderful visit at AFC Beaverton, the ambiance here was inviting and comfortable. Had also the pleasure of meeting Amanda & Karen with their care and excellent service.

Dr. Jablin is is incredible, shes a shining star of goodness and positivity. She takes such good care of my partner, its just a shame that they have such an unprofessional and hostile receptionist like Trista at their front desk, facing clients. We have had only bad experiences with her, including denial of care, and just opposition to facilitating communication with actual medical professionals, and just relentlessly bad attitude, and dismissive condescension. My woman has a chronic illness, and this secretary has an insanely bad attitude with people who are ill. Shes a medical secretary, who feels free to diagnose people, and then relay her opinion of their situation freely, without any actual qualifications, other than her expertise in billing. I would hope that this location is aware of the risk in having a secretary diagnosing patients, and judging them in the front office. The actual medical care here is wonderful, the front desk is monstrous, and self aggrandizing.

First time here. I really felt like they listened to me and help take care of my symptoms as best they could. They think my cough it a bacterial infection and also prescribed stuff to help with the cough attacks and to help me sleep. Thank goodness! I haven’t slept in 3-days. Feel so much relief now that I came here…verses not wanting to come. They made me feel welcome, and heard. This is my new place I’m going to for Urgent Care. Thanks staff (Provider - Sara, MA - Karen)They were just great.

Both Karen and Sara could not have been kinder. I was greeted and cared for efficiently and quickly. What a fantastic experience when I truly feel so sick. I would highly recommend this office and their caregivers. .

Dr. Jablin and my nurse Karen are the best team out there! I feel in good hands with them and they interact with me like I am a person and friend, not just another number on the list. I recommend this AFC location over the others I have been to because of the care and attention they give.

Most would have given up and sent me on my way with my ear still blocked. But Carrrie wasn’t going to do that until she knew the problem was fixed. After going to Providence, finding out they no longer accept my insurance, I was directed to AFC Urgent Care. They were Fantastic! Despite only having one provider Sara, who was wonderful. I got a room quickly, Sara patieintly listened to my issues. Karen was my nurse who was wonderful too. Highly recommend!

Karen was very nice and very helpful. Everything was painless and she went into everything in depth if we had any questions. Just a great experience overall!!!

I was recently seen at AFC for a serious dog bite and was thoroughly impressed with the staff and the level of care given at this AFC! There was barely any wait time and once roomed my MAs, Karen & Trista, immediately got to cleaning my wound and educating me on the next things to come. They were compassionate, efficient, and all around very helpful. I was next seen by Dr. Sodhi who gives off good vibes from beginning to end. With the help of Dr. Sodhi, Karen & Trista, I feel confident that I’m going to avoid an infection and have a fast & speedy recovery. Another thing I Noticed during my visit to this AFC was how well all the staff seem to get along and work together. They definitely have some good synergy going on here.Highly recommend this AFC!

The staff were so friendly and did a great job getting me in last minute when I needed a school physical and even stayed late to help me with the paperwork very grateful for everyone on the team and appreciate the nurse practitioner who helped me. I had to visit the Beaverton location and was pleasantly surprised how smooth the process went. The staff was friendly and Jennifer and Karen were great! I would definitely recommend and will return if I need immediate care in the future.

We have attempted to come here multiple times and were turned away because they were only taking people with appointments (despite the sign on their door saying that no appointment is necessary and no one else was actually in their waiting room). The times where they have decided to check us in, we have had to wait upwards of an hour or more to be seen once we’ve been seated in the exam room.On top of this, they insist on playing very loud club music in the waiting room and the exam room televisions often play police chase footage and other high-tension content. This is extremely detrimental for people with anxiety or sensory issues or anyone who just isn’t feeling well (which is everyone who comes to an urgent care).The care here is absolutely unacceptable in every way and the people who run this facility should be ashamed of their care (or lack thereof).

Carrie: MA was so incredible. Her kindness and compassion was just what the doctor ordered! All jokes aside, this place, Carrie, and Dr. Sara really were awesome, fast, friendly, and so helpful. THANK YOU!

Had an appointment and what can I say…the sun wasn’t shining outside, yet when I was welcomed by the crew it felt as though the sun was shining in the office!!! 😎 I don’t like needles and Trista came in I didn’t feel a thing. I also received 2 suckers for being so brave! 🤣 I’m sure I’ll find another reason to come visit sooner than later. I’m glad I got sunshine on a cloudy day!

Went to multiple afc locations for pre-travel medicine. This location provided the necessary vaccines and perscriptions at extremely high cost compared to other companies if I had done my research. Had issues picking up the perscriptions due to errors in the information sent to the pharmacy by the clinic- also resolved after several calls to both the clinic and pharmacy. Now months later I am getting bills with inconsistent to services provided -saying my previous payment was much less than my credit card statements confirm.Edit: after this review posted the billing errors were corrected by AFC. I still do not recommend them for travel medicine due to the high cost of services even with good insurance compared to other options

My visit to urgent care turned into a surprisingly delightful experience, all thanks to the dynamic duo of Jennifer (FNP) and Carrie (MA). From the moment I walked in, their infectious laughter set the tone for what could have been a stressful visit.Overall, my experience at urgent care exceeded all expectations, thanks to Jennifer and Carrie. Theyre not just great at what they do; theyre amazing individuals who go above and beyond to ensure their patients leave with a smile. If laughter truly is the best medicine, then I received a hefty dose during my visit… and a vaccine on my butt haha.

Always a pleasant experience at AFC but a special shout out to Trista she’s amazing and hardworking! Usually when I go to get my blood drawn anywhere no one can ever draw my blood on the first go (as I have deep veins) but she can painlessly and quick! Carrie, MA and Jennifer, FNP were both terrific with great bedside manner that made you feel comfortable and while light-hearted and funny, answered all questions in laymans terms and thoroughly checking to be sure you understood the answers. I just had a very pleasant experience during my physical for BSD here at AFC! Dr Sodo & Karen were professional and caring, and quite personable too. They made this necessary appointment actually enjoyable for me by being efficient and going above and beyond. I have had itchy ears for years & Dr Sodo actually had a great recommendation for treatment and Karen was a top notch assistant. The check in was a little long, but sometimes it’s just that way, and it wasn’t too bad just a lot of appts. Definitely call and make an appt if you are pressed for time, thank you.

Staff is disorganized and incompetent. I was kept waiting for about 2 hours (which can often be the case with urgent care) only to be told the person who does X-rays was not there. Neither of the 2 employees I told I was here for X-rays bothered to mention that. The doctor provided me with no medical care, and booked me for a Sunday appointment at other location for X-rays. She then failed to fill out whatever order their internal process requires and I was there for turned away from the appointment on Sunday. The entire experience was a waste of time and money, dont bother going to any AFC, they wont help you anyway!

Everyone at AFC Beaverton was friendly, efficient, skilled and very helpful. The nurse practioner was patient and unhurried, and I really appreciated the excellent care.

Karen & Dr Kim were so kind and had the best bedside manner. I havent had that kind of healthcare from any doctors or nurses for years!!!!

In a day and age where you sometimes have to wait months and months to be able to see your primary care provider, it helps to have places like AFC Urgent Care that will take people in at pretty much any time. The staff, including Jennifer and Karen, were very sweet and took good care of my husband and me. A couple of little details that I really liked about the Beaverton AFC is that they had tvs in the patient rooms that were playing funny videos. Really helps to have something distracting while youre waiting for the doctor or nurse to come in, or if you just need to get your mind off of the pain youre dealing with. They also had little white-noise machines for soothing purposes. Ive been to more doctors offices, hospitals, and emergency rooms than I can count in my time, and I think this is the only place Ive been to that has these things in the actual patient rooms. Most appreciated. *thumbs up*

My mom and I both went in and we both have knee issues. They are so welcoming and we did not have to wait all day. Everyone is incredibly kind! Dr Molstrum was very helpful and very kind. The assistant Trista was also very nice. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone!

It’s always a little nervous going in for a drug screening, but Tall and Alexa were both so very nice and easy going it helped make my experience here very smooth and calm. They were very clear on my instructions and very helpful with the process. Definitely recommend this facility.

This afternoon, I felt from my bike on my forehead and scratched on my elbow and knee. I walked in to my regular AFC before going home. The receptionist was very efficient and friendly. A staff Yuritza came to take me in to get my information about the incident. Yuritza was very friendly and patient with me. Then the nurse Karen took me to another room to look at my wounds and cleaned as much as she could. Then the nurse practitioner Dr. Ken came in and had a look on my cut on my forehead. Immediately, he suggested to get a tetanus shot. Dr Ken cleaned my forehead wound again before doing the stitches. I didn’t feel any pain all during his sewing. He is very detailed, and make sure that I understand all my options and my next steps to get my wound healed properly. Lucky to have both Dr Ken and nurse Karen to look after me today. Will be back on this Thursday.

Best urgent care I have ever been to. I was seen by Sara the PA & Trista the MA, both very kind. They were very kind & respectful of my time. I booked an appointment online, showed up 20 minutes early incase of a wait or paperwork. Got into my appointment on my scheduled time. I was out within probably 15-20 minutes.

I hurt my knee on Saturday. I called and talked to Tiffany and she got me in on Monday with the orthopedic doctor to have my knee X-rayed. Tiffany was very friendly and very efficient. They got me right in and out. Highly recommend this clinic.

My visit to AFC Beaverton would have been very stressful had it not been for the support and understanding of both Jennifer and Carrie. I appreciated their professional and efficient manor in which they handled themselves. I highly recommend AFC Beaverton care team for all your urgent care needs.

Had a persistent cough and went to AFC Urgent Care in Beaverton. Within a few minutes I saw Jennifer who checked me over and said there was nothing obvious so she ran a nose culture. In late afternoon she called and told me I had two minor infections which would be easily treated. Within 15 minutes the prescription was at the pharmacy.My wife had the same thing and went to a different facility and came away with nothing specific (and no culture). Jennifer said to bring her in and they would quickly run a nose culture. Sure enough my wife had the same thing and a prescritpion was written. So, were both on the mend! If it wasnt for Jennifer and Erin at the desk, this would have taken much longer. They really go the extra mile for customer satisfaction! Excellent service!

Sara answers all my questions I had and Karen took my blood sample and didn’t even feel when the needle went in both of them are so sweet love them !!

I got a Telehealth appointment immediately after being sick for 3 weeks, they were very attentive and prescribed medication that made a huge difference! I also took my son here and was able to make an appointment a couple of hours prior to avoid wait times. They are great!

This is a great crew - not only were they responsive, they were friendly and provided excellent care! Jennifer and Karen were both very responsive to my concerns and very compassionate.

I went in because I hit a tree while skiing and Melissa (doctor) and Amanda (nurse) helped me out. They were very nice and respectful of my concerns and needs also answering all my questions. I had bandaged my wound poorly (because all I had was gauze and it stuck to my road rash I got) and the doctor took the time to slowly re-wet the gauze so peeling the gauze off didn’t hurt. The recovery plan that had been made for me helped me recover very quickly (about 1-2weeks). One more thing to note is the doctor let me know what days she would be working so I could keep seeing the same doctor so they were all up to date on what was happening. Plus they’re were efficient without making feel rushed out the door. Last thing, since they wanted x-rays Melissa the doctor tried to get that set up even though it was the near the end of the work day. Great job guys, thanks for taking care of me.

My visit here was very delightful even tho it took some time waiting. They were all energetic, quick, and efficient, starting with the two people up front, who I never really got the names of, but we’re very kind and beautiful woman who told me upfront how long it might be and how behind they were which was understandable, due too all the people I saw in the room and outside then came Karen and Jennifer who took me in like if I have known them for years I loved all there lovely and kind faces and I hope they all have a fantastic Valentine’s Day.

I had a great experience at this urgent care. My appointment was speedy and Jennifer FNP was super personable, informative and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend

I came in late, close to the end of the night in need of several stitches. The front desk staff Tall and Alexa helped me get registered and both made and moved my appointment up. In my appointment Sara and Jaime got me comfortable, cleaned and dressed the wound with an incredible eye for my comfort and pain level. The stitches were put in effortlessly, neatly and quickly. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of help for any reason.

Carrie really went above and beyond. She was welcoming and very patient with me. I look forward to coming back if I ever have to!

For those of you local to the area and that are looking for a great staff... they work here! I came for a physical to satisfy my CDL qualifications and I met a wonderful group of people who were really engaging. Jennifer, Karen and Jamie were the crew that had the task of getting me settled in and feeling comfortable with the environment. Lets be honest, everyones a little nervous having these kind of meet and greets. They are all professional caregivers and you can feel it... it shows and they really like what they do... thats super important to me. I tend to be a little nervous and my blood pressure was showing it LOL! Regardless, they got me through the process and we traded a few stories. I felt very happy that they were there for me... hats off and thank you everyone!

Went in For a Pre-Employment Physical. Karen and Jennifer were awesome, very easy to talk with and made everything great overall. Both were very nice. Facility was also very clean. Great Place.

The staff was very welcoming and hospitable. Sara (the PA) was very nice and conducted the range-of-motion test with finesse and a gentle touch. She detailed possible diagnoses and immediately prepared a referral.Esperanza (the Medical Assistant) was lovely, explaining my discharge notes, ensuring that I received a doctors note, and helped secure my knee brace.

Dr. Sodhi and Medical assistant Karen were great! Made me feel well taken care of and definitely made me smile.

I came here feeling pretty Awful. I was immediately helped by the front desk. A bright eager to help little lady Aaron checked me in and had a very caring and kind approach to me. After asking the questions she kindly directed me to wait for name to be called. Wasn’t but a few minutes later The lady (I didn’t get name but very nice with empathy did the prescreen before the doctor came in. She was very very nice. Next I seen the doctor. Sarah Wright was beyond amazing. She walked me through everything and even though she ended up sending me to the emergency room instead of helping me there, I know now she probably saved my life. I’m in Saint Vincent hospital now and have been here since she sent me here two days ago. Double ammonia in my lungs:( I’m really thankful for her. I didn’t want to go to the hospital I went to urgent care because that was easiest and fastest. Wrong. What’s best is exactly what should happen and did. This little doctor knew I needed the emergency room! I am so thankful I got her and everyone that helped me there! Yup everyone there was good to me. When you don’t feel good it’s really nice to have people that are caring and courteous and I’m really thankful. Thank you urgent care on Allen and Murray YOU ROCK!!

Just had my Annual Physical & Preventative Care appointment with my PCP, Jennifer Jablin.As usual, she did a great, thorough, and efficient job. She listens, and is pleasant and knowledgeable.In addition to all my preventative care & general physical, she also addressed a couple of concerns I had, and refilled all my meds. I couldn’t ask for better.Her MA, Trista, was also the best. She was friendly and capable, and did her job perfectly. Thank you both

Best urgent care - especially for orthopedics! I felt seen, heard and taken care of. From start to finish the whole staff was amazing. Melissa the PA actually did some diagnostic testing. They were able to quickly order me an MRI and give me a PT referral.

Today Jennifer was our provider and Esperanza was our medical assistant! We got treated with thorough, friendly, and very knowledgeable care! Its always great to be able to have quick service when necessary!
