I was completely pleased with all the medical and administrative staff at this location. They were friendly, helpful, very informative, knowledgeable, efficient, and immediately got back to me with tests results they performed and explained what they meant. I wouldnt hesitate to pay a visit in the future when I need some health care advice. I give a special shout out to Katie, Bjorn, and Jared. They made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Thanks to everyone of you.Your grateful patient, Penny

I called their number to hear that they were accepting walk-ins on a holiday weekend. I hurried over and arrived at 6:30 (they closed at 8). I was checked in by a very nice front desk person who assured me they would try to fit me in. I was able to be the last person who was able to be called back. The clinical assistant was extremely helpful and very calming. The NP who saw me could see I had a very definite infection that was on the edge of going systemic. She treated and dressed my wound and prescribed strong oral antibiotics. I felt that the entire experience was handled efficiently and with great compassion for my condition. I highly recommend the Cedar Hills location for anyone needing urgent care.

Legacy Go was the third urgent care we visited after finding one that closed early and another that was booked. It worked out because we were very happy with the staff and process. I was able to book an appointment on my phone. We were very happy with the care and now consider it our primary urgent care location.

Front desk staff are rude and incredibly unwelcoming. I understand that some urgent cares are not able to take care of all illness/injuries, which is fine, but anyone in a patient-facing role should be practicing compassion. My partner came in with an eye injury Sunday afternoon, and when he came in, they just stared at him with disgust, didn’t say anything and had no greeting at all, and didn’t ask him if he needed help or what he was there for. He asked if they were able to do stitches and they asked him to explain how he got his injury first. After he explained, he was sent elsewhere. Again, totally fine - I’ve worked at a clinic before with limited capabilities and while it’s completely normal to reroute patients due to the complications of their injuries, it is not normal to act with such distaste towards a person seeking help. If you feel like you’re losing compassion towards patients, it might be time to switch careers.

If I could leave 0 stars, I absolutely would. Tuesday I went in with a really bad sore throat and swollen lymph node on the left side of my neck. My left tonsil was also covered in pus. The doctor I saw sat there staring at my tonsils forever, giving me absolutely no information. She just suggested I gargle with salt water. So I asked her if she could prescribe me some antibiotics, since I had obvious signs of infection... and she shrugged and said I guess, if thats what you want The next day it was 100x worse, I had to leave work to come in to your center. When I got there around 11am, I explained what happened and they said they couldnt see me for another 4 hours, and I was in so much pain I could hardly talk. And they made sure I knew Id have to pay for my deductible again, even though I was there less than 24hours ago. So I left and went to another urgent care, they said it was an abscess on my tonsil and recommended a CT scan. I got the scan and found out I had a major infection in my tonsil as well as a blood clot in my jugular vein. Im currently writing this from my hospital bed where Ive been for 2 days now. This is such a serious situation! I have Lemierres syndrome, which is fatal unless IMMEDIATE medical attention is given. The doctor I saw was so unprofessional, and having her in your facility is a danger to anyone who walks through the door. I sincerely hope you handle that. I understand its rough being in the medical industry, but that absolutely does not excuse that kind of complacency and complete incompetence. I could have died. I was told that I was very lucky to make it to the hospital. Not only will I never step foot in any of your facilities ever again, I will also encourage everyone I know to avoid it as well, my story will be heard.

Love the scheduling system so that there is not a long wait time to be seen.Staff was friendly and thorough and our provider ( Alexandra) caught something in my chest X-ray that sent me to an ER for a CT scan and ultimately being admitted to hospital for what could have been a dangerous condition. I feel that I owe a lot to the care that I received at Legacy Gohealth.

They always get me in quick at the time I reserved online, even on Sunday. Ive always been able to get a next-day appointment. They get me what I need without a bunch of waiting or the hassle of trying to get an appointment with my PCP (which can take weeks). I spend more time waiting for the pharmacy than I spend at the Legacy clinic. My recent visit: I noticed an infection on Saturday. Reserved a spot online at Legacy-GoHealth for 3pm Sunday. Arrived at 2:45 and was checked-in and brought back to an exam room by 2:55. Doctor came in right after they checked my vitals. They prescribed the antibiotics I needed and gave me supplies to take home to soak and wrap it. I was at Walgreens getting the Rx started by ~3:45. Then it took 2 hours to fill... but it was Sunday and I got everything I needed before they closed at 6pm.

Arriving punctually for my scheduled Covid test, I found myself waiting for an hour before finally being ushered into a room for a brief 2-minute procedure. To add to the frustration, there was no one present at the reception desk upon my arrival, and when the staff member returned, it took her about 10 minutes to check me in. Its perplexing since Ive been to this facility before, and they already have all my information on record. I cant help but wonder why the process is taking so long. Unfortunately, the slow pace doesnt end there; even their wifi seems to share the same lethargy.

I made an appointment for 11:30 but was much delayed in getting in as I requested blood test for Hantavirus Virus. The receptionist had never heard of it and asked her senior. He never heard of it and googled it and commented back and forth until the whole reception staff was aware. When I got back to see a doctor, I was again delayed (imagine doctor googled it too) until she came in and told me that they hadn’t the ability to test me there but that I would have to go to emergency at St Vincent’s. Wife drove me straight to ER where I waited another 6 hours to be told that Hantavirus Virus is rare in the NW and that I wouldn’t need a test.It diminished my opinion of you office as I felt medical staff should have been able to give me the same info when I first requested the test. This would have saved my wife and I six hours in ER.

My husband is a vietnam veteran and it is difficult for him to get to the VA emergency dept. He became very ill 3 months ago and was refered to Legecy urgent care by the VA. We made an appt. and he was seen in a timely manor, the Dr was kind, professional, and discovered his diagnosis with one visit. She prescribed medication and encouraged him to return if he had any more problems, he recovered well. This week he developed an infection in his eye and went to the urgent care and again was treated with respect and professionalism. Legacy billed the VA both times for us and took away that headache. We are grateful there is an urgent care close by that can cover his needs when they are not an emergency.

Ive been here twice in the last thirty days due to the location, but will not be coming back. The first appointment was during the January 2024 snow storm. The MA with blond hair was throwing things in the exam room, banging computer monitors, and yelling at colleagues and patients. It was the least professional I have ever seen anyone behave in a medical setting. She wouldnt answer my questions, told me to save it for the provider.Today, I arrived for my 1:15 appointment early. At 1:45 I asked if I would still have time to leave at 2:15 to pick up my child. They told me the provider just went on a 30 min lunch, so it would be at least 2:15 before I would be seen. I understand that clinics fall behind because of patient needs, but there is also a common courtesy of letting someone know that they would be waiting over and hour for a scheduled appointment in an otherwise empty clinic. I do not recommend this location.

Significantly lacking in a sense of patient care, urgency, or of basic kindness. Four employees noticed me in the empty waiting room and said, did nothing…not even a hint of a smile. Finally one asked if I’d been helped (when clearly I had not) and then said someone would be with me. When someone did finally arrive at the front desk she took her time login onto her computer and arranging herself before acknowledging me. It seemed I was quite the bother for her to have to attend to.One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had at a front desk. Thankfully I was not in critical need. I’ll want to find another location if something ever seriously wrong needs to be addressed. These are not folks I’d want to surround myself with if I were in pain or suffering.

I had a terrible experience at this clinic, despite there being some very nice people there. The staff was not properly trained in men’s health issues and did not follow correct specimen collection and labeling protocols. I was forced to do a painful and unnecessary self collection beyond what is the correct self-collection protocol. I also had almost no interaction with the provider while there and she was not knowledgeable about STD prevention for men. There were also charting errors made which I needed to get corrected. Hopefully they will work on better training and be able to provide better care in the future, especially with regard to men’s health.

I almost decided not to leave a review in fear that a positive review would leave this facility busier and less accessible. The staff are professional, the facilities are clean, there is a pediatrician on staff, and the operations are efficient. It is almost impossible to get into our primary physician the same day and 100% impossible to access them after hours. I’m sure many of you can attest to this dilemma. Kids get sick and new board especial can tank suddenly. Having access to a professional staff of experts “on call” is especially special! Thank you and keep on performing at a high level.

We traveled past several other urgent cares to get to this specific urgent care. It is very important to us to be seen by an actual pediatrician physician when our kids are sick. Unfortunately, this frequently happens on the weekend when our typical pediatrician is not working. Sick kids should really be seen by Physicians who have experience taking care of children. It is refreshing and wonderful that this clinic serves the community with such excellent care. The physician that we saw was clearly knowledgeable in the condition that my son was experiencing. He was kind, had excellent bedside manner, and included teaching that helped me to better understand the condition. All the smooth ease of service you’d expect from a Soviet-era Siberian government office, and every bit as warm and inviting. The woman who checked me in (I checked in online before arriving, or thought I had…) either doesn’t know how to use a computer or doesn’t have hands, as while she was going through the motions, the other lady behind the counter checked in 3 people. I was told to provide a credit card even after I’d been told over the phone while scheduling there would be no charge for my COVID test, and wasn’t told how much I might have to pay. The woman who actually administered the test was kind and courteous, and couldn’t have done a better job. The thing is, if this country is so good at so much, why do have to so consistently do anything medical so abysmally. The clinic wasnt even busy when I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and I still had to wait an inordinate amount of time, deal with staff who spent more time chitchatting with each other than working, and be told they had no idea if I would have to pay anything or what that amount might be. It’s a miracle we aren’t all dead with this level of care…

I had explained this over the phone and the doctor said I could come in with my baby. After seeing the doctor, he was extremely condescending. I believe at one point he said to me “this is parenting 101”. Seriously? My baby is 1 years old with a 103 fever. 4 degrees away from having seizures, which was the doctors words to try to “comfort” me. It’s funny how one experience can overwrite multiple positive experiences. Sunday urgent care visit for ear infection. Wouldn’t let grandma take her, even though she’s listed and she took her to this exact same location with no issues 1 month ago. Got consent taken care of and diagnosed with ear infection got 2 prescriptions sent to rite aid… but rite aid on walker hasn’t been open on Sunday for MONTHS, so can’t get it. Tried another rite aid and they said doctor has to call in. Go health won’t answer the phone, so went back in person and they wouldn’t give us a paper prescription. Said they would call it in to the other rite aid that’s open. So we went to other rite aid and they didn’t call it in. So 4 trips with a sick kiddo in pain… and still no meds.Update- went to pharmacy an hour later and still no script. So took a third trip back to gohealth to finally get ONE prescription. Still don’t have the other. Icing on the cake? The dose of the one prescription is wrong. Will follow up with my primary care as this is ridiculous…We’ve had great experiences in the past here, but exhausted from today.

Wouldn’t recommend this location for Covid testing. Not sure if it was my age or just trying to bill my insurance for every minute they could squeeze out of me. I got there 5 minutes early for my scheduled apt. 10 min after my apt time another patient came in who had an apt 15 minutes after mine but he was somehow seen before me for the same Covid testing. I waited for 30 minutes just to be seen. The man who administered my test was very nice however I then waited another 20 minutes in the room just to be seen by a PA who asked me the same questions I was asked twice already and who conveniently came to talk to me promptly after I had to poke my head out to see if They genuinely forgot I was in there. This is also the same location that back in 2021 charged me $170 in testing that I never consented to or knew about before getting a bill

Not only did they not get her in early. They got her in 25 minutes past her apointment time, and proceeded to take close to an hour on the quick appointment. The excuse for the lateness was that another patient was late for their appointment. Im sorry, but if someones THAT late for an appointment they can just reschedule. Just tried to be seen as a walk in at this GoHealth facility. I am a legacy employee (RN) so I was trying to use my own company for my health needs. Rudest staff Ive ever encountered. Definitely not up on any of Legacys core values regarding customer service. There were 2 staff members at the desk and NO ONE in the waiting room. One staff member was one the phone. I said hello to the other staff who did not even acknowledge my presence and then got up and moved to another desk away from me. The other staff member finished her call and did not acknowledge me. Finally the first person came back and asked me if I had made an online reservation. I had not. I was then told, rudely, they couldnt see me until 1:30. (It was 10:30) I pointed out that the waiting room was empty. She said well you can wait but I dont know when we will work you in. I just got here, I dont know what the flow is. She never bothered to check. I told her I would go elsewhere. I will never go here again for medical attention and I will be making others aware of their horrible customer service. My experience DOES NOT reflect well on Legacy and I see from reviews others have had my same experience.

Not once, was she asked for insurance information, DOB, or anything remotely normal to determine if services should be refused. Are receptionists making medical services decisions now? Even worse, I recommended my daughter to go there because of the good treatment Ive received in the past. Dont know who they have out front, but put her in the back so she can eat all the cookies, pizza, and food she needs to make sound decisions.

When I came to the front desk a medical staff seemed to be a bit flustered and occupied and it took a while to get all my information in. When I finally came inside to see the doctor, a nurse did my vitals and was very attentive. The MA was very efficient and addressed my concerns. I go in, WITH an appointment time but end up having to wait over an hour in my vehicle before they call me in. My husband and I are brought back to a room, and left there for about an hour before the nurse practitioner comes in. When she comes in, she very rudely asks my husband to leave the room, saying that the rooms are just so small... Then, in a nutshell, she refuses to consider my pituitary adenoma as being anything significant, tells me Im not high risk, and tells me to just rest and take OTC medication for my symptoms. I was sent home without any COVID medication, AND they DIDNT even TEST me for covid to confirm or deny that I have it! This place is listed as a Test& Treat facility. They didnt test nor treat me. Went to the pharmacy and luckily was told by the Pharmacist that the prescription may not be worth the risk while I was breastfeeding. Its expensive! And only takes one day off of flu symptoms while the drug isnt proven 100% safe to take while breastfeeding. I dont end up getting it after being explained the facts surrounding my situation. Wish the urgent care would have told me it wasnt proven safe for me and that it would only take ONE day off of flu symptoms.I get home and carefully take off my clothes due to the pain and its completely obvious that I had mastitis!!! I had to wait over 12 hours to get antibiotics from my Dr!! Had this urgent care clinic taken 5 minutes to check I wouldve had the antibiotics that night! They work and begin to take away the pain within hours! Very very simple miss on their part and I was left feeling miserable and in a lot of pain for hours longer than I had to!I received a text from this urgent care asking what experience was and since it was poor, the response back was that they would get back to me to discuss. Do not go here for a Covid Test. Sounds good considering they offer a rapid test and theyre supposed to be provided by your healthcare provider but its not. They charge an extra $115 office visit charge for coming in and sitting on their bench for 5 minutes. Its dishonest and a disgrace. On top of that, theyll preach to you about how even though you test negative you have to sit in a different room from your parents on Thanksgiving when you eat. Didnt enjoy going here at all.

They dont answer their phone. They have it disconnected. You try to call and wait to be connected after all the menu options have been exhausted and then it just starts over. It has been this way for months. I mentioned this during a visit and they said oh no, not all at all. Our phones are fine. Yet not a single ring or someone taking a call at the front desk for the 90 minutes I waited there.Ive called another location for records access and mentioned the phone issue, and theyve admitted yeah sometimes offices do that. Not acceptable.

Came here on June 14th with some terrible stomach issues that they didnt seem to take seriously. Never saw a doctor just a PA. Refused to do any imaging. Just did bloodwork and a stool sample. The woman who took my blood seemed annoyed that she was even there. She didnt seem to know how to draw blood well. She stuck the butterfly needle in my arm and then started moving it side to side. Then did the same thing to my other arm. They didnt do any form of treatment for me. No nasea meds or anything. Just took blood and sent me on my way. Fast forward to June 17th. Ended up just going to the ER at Meridian Park and turned out I had a gallstone. Could have been very dangerous. My primary care doc and my nurse at the ER were very concerned that the urgent care didnt do their due diligence. Just avoid this place and go to meridian park emergency room if you think you have anything that isnt COVID. My experience at meridian park er was great!

Do NOT go here. They will bill you 100% without notice or a receipt. They expect you to put a card on file and then they will randomly pull whatever money they deem acceptable. No email. No invoice. No notice. Then they will refuse to remove the card from their file. Absolutely unacceptable business practice. They dont notify you about whether or not your insurance was charged. And they do not tell you anything. They just bill you. No. bad. Dont go here. Go anywhere but here.

They were very unhelpful when I walked in with an existing spine injury. Only one person behind the counter and the other gal was in training. I sat there for over a half hour before I could even talk to them about what was going on.If your going to have a clinic make sure that they are prepared to handle two customers trying to get seen at once. If you cant check in two patients at once you shouldnt be allowed to work.A spine injury should be priority.

He actually made a miracle happen in my life and is recommending what has needed to be seen for years, that i need FMLA and possible dissability. I cried when he said the kindest heart felt words to me and i wanted to hug him so bad...i now have, because of him, hard(documented on paper) evidence that im not ok, systemically. Even tho i look perfectly healthy on paper. I now have direction. Thank you, so very much, Dr. Barger!!! 💖

I went in with an ear issue on 2/3/2020. When I was seen I had told the MA and the doctor I have a history of ear infections due to the hard wax that I have. When I was examined I was told I had a viral infection. I had no fever, no sinus issues, no cough, or sore throat, but my ear hurt like hell and the left side of my throat was swollen. Here I am 5 days later with the exact same issues and guess what, I do not have a cold or flu as the doctor stated. I have a damn ear infection that spread to my lymph nodes and am now on antibiotics due to the competence of another physician. Wont ever return to this facility.

They were completely unprofessional and treated me with disregard for my physical ailment. Let me start by saying that I have never written an online review before. I own a small construction business and sell software for a very well-known company. So as you can tell, I dont have time for bs. I went into the clinic to be treated for a gout flare-up. Ive dealt with this enough times to know exactly what works and reacts well for my body. When I explained this to the nurse, I was offered an alternative medication, which I explained does not react well for me. Granted, I did ask for pain meds but only because I need to be on my feet when Im swinging a hammer. Not sure how many of you are familiar with gout pain. I told them that if they cant help me then I need to go to another clinic. Another worker, perhaps another nurse, came up to me as I was walking out and accused me of going in there for drugs. Yes, I did go in for drugs but only because I needed them. I explained my situation and she kept embarrassing me and telling me I was just in there for the drugs. I was so upset at this moment because I was in so much pain and this person was sticking her words down my throat. Now, 2 months later Im getting a bill from these guys. What a joke! I called their billing dept. and the lady was very nice to me. I explained to them they can bill me, this wasnt about the money. This was the embarrassment and harassment of my character that I went through at this GoHealth in Beaverton.

The people here are nice but the billing department is a joke. Came here for a covid test and was charged for all of it (supposed to be covered under the CARES act) because the billing was wrong. Absolute and epic fail, particularly given the health crisis our community is enduring. Booked appointments at Legacy mean absolutely nothing in terms of when you are seen; they only mean you can check in at that time. Some waiting is to be expected, sure, but we waited for a full hour in one of the offices before we were seen. Thats not just unacceptable, but its negligent, as this facility is also doing covid testing, which means that it has a responsibility to all patients to limit the amount of time customers spend inside the actual facility. What they dont tell you when you check in or make an appointment is that the facility also takes walk-ins, and so your appointment time means literally nothing because walk-ins also go into the queue of the total patient load the facility is managing. Bottom line, the number one risk associated with contracting covid 19 is prolonged exposure, which is why healthcare facilities, including doctor offices and even doctor offices within hospitals, are limiting the number of patients allowed to enter the facility at a given time. Instead, though, Legacy Healthcare is allowing patients to sit in their facilities for a full hour before being seen. As I said earlier, that is not just terribly frustrating, given the spirit of booking appointments and the value Legacy promises by offering booked appointments, but its downright negligent and dangerous during this time. Shame on Legacy for allowing this, shame on them for not telling patients how long they could be waiting, and shame on them for not staffing to the patient load. Do yourself a favor - a big favor - go anywhere else besides Legacy Urgent Care.

I came to Legacy GoHealth Urgent care with terrible pain and sores in my mouth after taking a 3 day supply of antibiotics for a normal UTI. On top of that, I also had what I thought was a vaginal yeast infection. I was talked to by the Nurse practitioner there, who seemed very sweet and concerned that I was in so much pain. I told her that I might have a yeast infection in both my mouth (oral thrush) and down below, but I reiterated that wasnt sure if that was the case. I took Monistat the day before and I seemed to clear up the lower yeast infection on my own. She did not do any tests on me and said that it didnt look specifically similar to oral thrush, but still gave me two medications for the yeast overgrowths just by asking questions. I cant blame the diagnosis, because it seems like it would have been the most likely thing going on. She also told me to stop taking the antibiotics for the UTI, which I did. Luckily the UTI did go away and did not come back. When I asked if the yeast medication she was giving me was going to hurt my mouth, she said no. After I got home and took the first dose of it, I couldnt imagine even trying again. It hurt so bad. I continued with the treatment and did not feel any relief or sign of getting better, but actually I was progressively getting worse. I called back that day before they closed after using the mouth wash 3x as well as taking the pill they prescribed as an anti-fungal, stating how much pain I was in, and I was told that its not completely normal what I was going through (shouldnt that have been a sign?) but to keep taking the original medications as prescribed. My intuition was that this mediation wasnt working. The second morning the pain was worse and the swelling was worse. Way worse. I could hardly talk and I was in cringing pain. I called back and told them I needed help as soon as possible, and the TERRIBLE man, Jim, who answered the phone seemed like I was wasting his time and told me he would call me back when the Nurse Practitioner had a chance to get back to me. The phone didnt ring for hours. I called back several times, one of which I heard someone answer the phone and just hang up. Finally at the end of the day the Nurse practitioner called me back and told me to just stick it out, and that if it doesnt get better by the next day, take a second pill and hope for the best. The next morning was a bit of the same. More pain, more symptoms, more swelling, hard to talk, couldnt eat anything. I called again. The first 5 times I called the office there was no answer at all. Finally I called one more time hoping to get someone and it was Jim. This time I was in tears and he was not remorseful at all. I told him I thought the medications were not working (AGAIN) and he insisted that I keep taking them. I asked him if I could get any kind of medical advice on what to do if what I had was not actually oral thrush or if the medication just didnt work on me, and he told me Id have to come back in to get another consultation! He wouldnt even give me advice! After asking him over and over again if I could please talk to the nurse practitioner, he finally just told me Id have to wait and they would get back to me later in the day. In the end I wasted time and money, and a terrible 3 days of the worst pain Ive ever felt....and ended up going to my family doctor. He immediately tested my mouth under a microscope for yeast, there was none, and said he thought I was having an allergic reaction instead to the antibiotics that I had taken and all the other stuff I was putting in my body was either not helping or making it worse. (Obviously!) So, after a quick visit to a real doctor, I was prescribed some pain meds so that I could actually tolerate being alive, and finally get some sleep, as well as steroids to get rid of the reaction in my mouth. It started working in 30 minutes. Never go to Urgent care....if you have an alternate option....especially not this one. Jim was truly the least compassionate person Ive ever met. Next time, LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS PLEASE.

I went into clinic for pink eye. When the first round of medication did not work, I called and ask them to provide a second prescription. I was told they would call back. When I did not receive a call I went in the next morning and was informed they sent my prescription to the incorrect pharmacy. They gave me print out and told me I could take this to the pharmacy of my choice. However, what they neglected to say was that the other pharmacy billed my insurance. I ended up paying out of pocket as I did not want to drive 30 minutes across town or go through the hassle of trying to fix it with my insurance over $9.This location also told me, when I had pneumonia, that I should go check with my primary care as there was underlying cause. When I asked my doctor said that is not the case, pneumonia does not have to have underlying issue that causes it, and it really was unfair to scare me with a potential health issue that did not even exist.

If I could I would put -10 stars for the current staff here now it has been a disgusting experience from the nurses in front in a Helpful mood meaning they were dull didnt wanna help and i can hear them sighing seeing a customer walk in to help. but the worst part is there process with having to see a particularly negative nurse upfront with a horrendous attitude like she didnt wanna see me to then a student of Physicians assistant which i was ok with who actually did a good job with listening to my immediate concerns but the worst is yet to come. after 30-45 minutes she said I will get the physician now I said great. then I see another nurse taking same vitals as previous nurse.... who again poor attitude I asked her a question and she answered in short and nodded me off. she takes a culture sample tells me 5 minutes and physician will finally see you.... 15-20 minutes go by! i hear them talking about plans and other things out my door. till i FINALLY GOT OUT TO ASK FOR BATHROOM the PHYSICIAN GETS UP AND SAYS OH IM SORRY I WILL SEE YOU AS SOON AS YOU GET BACK FROM BATHROOM. I HAD TO PHYSICALLY GET OUT OF THE ROOM TO CREATE SENSE OF URGENCY. I finally see the Physician and she writes me off for the poor process I addressed to her and she just writes me off with some long winded justification for why she basically didnt wanna see me and when she did after 2 hours later told me she cant help me with damn near anything... I finally asked for a note for time off I took to address a concern and she says due to laws and this and that again to get any kind of help from this staff was like pulling teeth when she tells me shes taking culture for my test and may take a few days to see if theres immediate threat and im saying I have been dry heaving daily I wanna take a few days to monitor this to get results back. My advice you want help see primary care doctor avoid the blonde physician assistant and the unhelpful nurses i feel bad for the student she did an excellent job at listening to me but the rest of the whole staff I SHOULDNT HAVE TO WAIT 2 HOURS AND MAKE MY PRESENCE AND TIME KNOWN THAT I NEED TO BE ADDRESSED IF YOU SAY 5 MINUTES YOU SHOULD BE IN 5 MINUTES. thank you. Never ever going here again please avoid this place like the plague may actually save your life.Update Went to Zoom+ Care on Evergreen parkway in tanasbourne saw melissa and they gave me correct diagnosis with prescriptions to help with my problems and elaborated on what is going on instead of NOTHING that legacy provided. Turns out I have Post nasal drip caught as well as G.E.R.D two prescriptions that will return me to work feeling up to speed as well as diet plan to prevent the symptoms from recurring and trigger foods that will help with long term prevention. Again avoid this place thank you wanted to give an update after literally going to two providers such a shame Legacy Go Health is so worthless now.
