I made an appointment at 10 am for fingerprinting without any issues. Arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early at 0950 and walked out completely finished by 0954. Quick, simple and convenient.

Visit could have been handled much better. Waited in waiting area ALONE for 20 minutes before I was even acknowledged. Once taken back to testing, it approved somewhat. Could have had friendlier personnel especially at reception.

Can I just say the young woman running the lab today was so patient with me. I had a bad case of shy bladder, and she was just as patient as she could be. I wish I had caught her name. Excellent and patient employee. Thank you.

It was a very quick process. All I had to provide was my ID and I was called very quickly for the procedure. Hoping my results come back quickly!!

Easy to find, Great parking, fast services, the staff was very polite and very clean. They offer many different services.

It was easy to make an appointment. Easy to sign in and a very short waiting time. The lab tech was very patient which I appreciated. Being a Senior Citizen it was hard to get my fingers limber enough to capture on the scanner. But with patience and persistents got it done. 👍 Overall experience was good.

3 stars only because I waited almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. Once I inquired about the appointment I was brought back and the actual appointment was 5 minutes tops . The staff member who helped me was pleasant.

The lady who took my sample was very friendly and didn’t act like I was just a patient. She treated me like a human being and I have been to a few different drug test facilities for jobs in the past and they lose the human emotion. So it was nice to be able to interact, while brief, and not feel like a test subject.

The process of getting finger printed was fast and easy! The staff were super nice and easy with my autistic son who needed to be fingerprinted for my business! It was truly a great experience.

The appointment itself went smoothly, but I didnt get called into the back until 30 minutes after my appointment time was supposed to be. Of course, were all human and I totally understand that sometimes places are understaffed or are running behind.

I made an appointment for a required drug test for my new employer. This company sends all of their business to you. When I arrived, I was greeted with a hello. I signed in and had a seat. The television is a nice touch. I was called in, the nurse showed me where to store my belongings. I really appreciated that. They were in a very safe, protected place. Then the nurse gave me instructions to take my test. The instructions were simple. I called completed my test. That was it. While checking out, the clerk and I talked a little. Her and all of the employees were courteous , professional and nice. It was a pleasant experience.

The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional. She also did my drug screen. I arrived at a time when it was a little slow so my wait time was short, but even if it had been longer Id still have no complaints. I feel a pleasant staff makes any experience so much better. Thank you.

Cant even open up on time. Unprofessional as it gets. The lady that works here isnt even smart enough to read a temp gauge on a plastic cup.Edited to add that management did their best to correct the situation. That alone is a rare thing these days. One bad employee shouldnt be to ruin the reputation of a company, so I changed my star rating from 1 to 3.

Very professional. I wasnt feeling well when I went in for a random screening and asked the guy if he could take my temperature. No problem he said!! Great people.

Overall, great experience. Phlebotomist was friendly and skilled. Front desk was friendly, but did not seem to know the process for my particular appointment. I waited ten minutes despite having an appointment. Not a long wait, and not inconvenient, but a wait nonetheless.

I have my blood drawn for serum tears. I am a difficult stick even though I stay hydrated. My veins will roll and sometimes there is no blood return. It can be an anxious experience. The phlebotomist who has worked with me has been patient, gentle, and so caring at every appointment. Her name is Daquisha Bonds. If you have a merit program, Daquisha is worthy and deserving of an incentive. I would be grateful if you could share my sentiment with her and provide her with a reward for her dedication and commitment to providing quality patient care in your facility.I like the location and cleanliness of your facility. Front Desk acted as if i was inconveniencing them and phlebotomist got blood all over my pants and all over the floor.

Theyre super professional and friendly. You all do need a sign outside that lets people know that its a Field print facility though. Other than that, no complaints.

Quick and easy process for drug screen. Was in/out in less than an hour even with the lady there by herself at the time. She was busy hut still was pleasant and efficient.

Things went pretty well! Instructions on what to do weren’t super clear, but that’s okay. There was only one woman working in there when I went, which was a little…concerning? She was having to do everything. But she said her coworker had just called out for the day. Still…2 people running everything? I feel like there needs to be more people!

I drove 1 1/2 hours to do lab work for Brandon oak new hire - waited in the waiting room for 30 minutes and you had NO needles- now I have to leave my other job and go to the lab in Lynchburg to get the lab work done🙁

The lady who was testing was rude at first. But then I realized she was just working a highly stressful job. She was alone, answering mostly all phone calls, while dealing with a lobby full of people.She did an excellent job, pertaining to the necessary functions of her role.I would give 5 stars, however, the company is to blame for allocating 1 person a role for an entire business/location.Imagine going to a restaurant and the host, server, cook and dishwasher are the same person!!That is what to expect at ARCpoint-Salem.Staffing crisis or poor funding?

Daquisha was rude from the start. Then apparently my urine wasn’t the right temperature. Then I was told I needed to be observed so I complied. My employer was supposed to send another request form stating I needed to be observed snd Daquisha insisted I didn’t need it. Then I was observed and my urine sample was the exact same temperature as the first time which is ok. I initialed the slips that cover my urine sample but they never put them on my urine samples. I don’t want it see anyone lose their jobs but definitely think there’s room for improvement. Especially in situations like this where people’s livelihood is at stake. Thank you have a good day!( UPDATE)Thank you and yes everything is fine on my end my results came back clear as I knew they would just a little aggravated that one can accuse you of something because they simple want to and it causes you problems and there’s no consequences for them. I mean I don’t want to see anyone lose their job just maybe better training or move them to a different position to where they don’t have the authority to effect people’s livelihood!!

I went for urine drug screen. Instructions were simple. Staff was professional. My wait time without appointment was app. 20 minutes and the screen process 10 minutes. Ty for helping me complete this precise task.

I am leaving a 4 star review due to the 1 hour I waited past my appointment time. The young lady that was working there alone the day of my test was being as efficient as possible. There were many many patients there but she was responsive, helpful, professional and friendly.

I came in for fingerprinting, the lady who did my fingerprints was very nice and professional . The office was clean . I will return and use this business.

The staff were both courteous and professional, they had me in promptly and I had my results back in less than a half hour. The only negative part of the visit was having to fill out paperwork at the office after previously completing it on line. Overall I would use this facility again.

Arrived before appointment time with two other staff members, and we were in and out before the second staff members appointment. Great turnaround.

Didnt like that was hair all over the ladys uniform. And they should make sure you see them clean the scissors. Especially when someones children are involved. It may just be a job for them, but its someones elses life.

I was running late because of traffic and when I got there I couldnt find the form I needed, but the technician was kind, Courteous, and helped me.

We chose this lab for my daughters testing because they promised results in 48hrs or less.They seemed knowledgeable and helpful on the phone.She got her test at 3pm on a Thursday and we were charged $150 out of pocket for the supposed 48hr. turn around.On the following Saturday we were anxiously awaiting results that never came. Office doesnt answer phone or emails on Saturdays but said the send results starting at 4pm, we never received any.My wife called and emailed but no reply, Im writing this on Sunday and will be calling them first thing Monday morning.Needless to say my daughter could not attend her event on Sunday without test results which is the whole reason we laid out $150 for a 48hr turn around.We did confirm with them multiple times that she would have her results within 48hrs.It very frustrating that a company could make a promise on something so critical and not be able to deliver. Buyer beware.

First, I will say that the test was quite expensive - HOWEVER, given my relatively remote location and the timeline I needed, it truly was my only option - and it was 100% worth the price!I needed a pre-flight COVID test, and due to the length of my flight I had a tight window (test had to be within 72 hrs of my arrival overseas, but needed the results before I took off). The ARCpoint Labs office had plenty of appointments available, and when I was running late, they said it wasnt an issue at all.The staff was very nice, and the tech who swabbed my nose very clearly explained the process. (Also, this location does not do the deep nasal swab, so it only feels like it goes half as far as those - still way up the nose, but not all the way.)Lastly, I got my results back very quickly. The one issue was that all of the information the airline needed was not all on a single document, so I had to show multiple things from my phone at the airport. However, given how easy this was, I will definitely use this place again!

ARCpoint Labs literally saved the day for me! I was scheduled for surgery in a city 8 hours away from home. On the day before surgery, while traveling to that city, my local lab called to say they had mishandled my Covid-19 test and I would unable to get a result. The surgical hospital said the surgery would have to be cancelled. After all the planning, coordination, and preparation that went into scheduling this surgery I was devastated. We got referred to ARCpoint Labs and after filling out the (rather long) online registration, we reported to the Lab an hour and a half early (because of where we were in our travels). They took me right in and assured me Id have a rapid PCR Covid result within an hour. True to their word, I had results emailed to me within about 35 minutes. I was able to forward this to the surgical hospital and my surgery proceeded as planned. I really appreciate how kind, compassionate, and professional Jessica was in the Lab. She could see my distress and immediately made me feel at ease. The entire staff was wonderful. Kudos to ARCpoint for going above and beyond!

It is like pulling teeth to ask for a itemized receipt for insurance company .I paid right away and i needed the receipt to get my money back from insurance company.We called multiple time after giving us the run around they gave us a verbal code instead of an actual recept.they said they are not setup to give me a itemized receipt nor bill insurance themself.I understand if they do not bill the insurance company however not giving a receipt is just BS.they got Their money and they do not care if I get my money back from insurance company.

This may sound funny, however, I am a little upset. They will not let me leave until I pee. I used the restroom once, filled the cup half way like I was asked, but did not know/did not hear/did not see the sign do not to flush. Now, they are saying I cant leave and come back when I can/am able use the restroom and in a time like this. I dont like this at all.

The most un-professional medical office I have ever experienced. 6 days of waiting for a lab result test. Was told it would be 2-3 business days including Saturday, because they were open. Then every day after that, was told something different, I am pretty sure by the same employee. On Monday, was told that they take 3-4 business days and was told that I should know that afternoon or the next day. On Tuesday afternoon, someone was going to call the lab and call me back one way or the other to let me know if they had them. On day 5 employee swore they would call back, never did. Instead same employee calls me at 645 AM, to tell me that someone else was supposed to call me the day before. If that’s true, why was she calling. Just send the results!!! They can’t give them over the phone, they email them only, so just send them ! A LOT of money for labs for a LOT of un-professionalism. Extremely frustrating. I understand the Ice was a huge delay in everything, the issues that I have were the different responses, lack of promised communication and then calling unncessarily at 645 AM. Again, understanding that results can only be emailed, why call and waste more time?

Someone came in that was exposed to COVID and instead of isolating them until the test was done, they were left in the lobby exposing other clients. Also if your business opens at 8:30, your staff needs to be ready to go at 8:30, not standing around talking.

I visited the facility in December of 2020 to get an expedited PCR test for travel. I can say that the staff was extremely polite and very professional, and I received my results within two days- I was tested on the 15th, and received the results on the 17th. I would highly recommend this lab to others.

Dishonest Lab. They cant provide COVID test results in 48 hrs, bunch of lies one after another, and made my International Flight cancelled and made me wait until the moment when I couldnt even have time to cancel my booking, cost me thousands of dollars. First manager said it was a FedEX problem, then they found the sample and working on it...then the manage said sample was not enough! Are you kidding me?? Now I even doubt their results. Avoid at all cost.@ John Casamento, your review is 100% correct, I am thinking of filing a Lawsuit against them.

Its terrible that I had to give even one star, I was direct observed giving a urine sample by a female which was completely inappropriate. Also I was denied being told the results of MY sample which means it could possibly have been tampered with, they dont follow proper protocol at all and do whatever they want. Also I was told by the person the test was taken for that they DID NOT order a direct observe which makes me believe they just wanted to violate my privacy for some sick reason. Also I was told that I couldnt see my results because the person issuing the test DIDNT want me to know my own results which that person on recording told me that isnt true. I previously in the past had a hair sample test come back positive for marijuana which damaged me in a court case because I know I absolutely in no way couldve been positive for that. Extremely shady company and I believe they tamper with peoples results, as far as the female observing me urinate and having a recording of the test issuer saying they didnt ask them to do that Ill be contacting an attorney and looking into filing a lawsuit.

My company has used ARCpoint labs of Salem since first starting my business in mid 2013. The nature of my business calls for gathering information and test results quickly and accurately.
